  1. Maxi hopefully if anyone. Isak out wide and Wilson off the bench. Not sure I want to see Gordon at any point unless absolutely necessary or we're really comfortable.
  2. Wilson and Isak together worries me. Isak just isnt as effective starting out wide I dont think. Massive, massive game. I dont think losing is the end of the world, but it would be hard to take.
  3. "A way around attracting players to play for Newcastle by making them live in Manchester"
  4. Read the away end only holds 800
  5. Leicester are wank like. Hope they're relegated and stay down. You've had your fun, now off you pop.
  6. Wout Faes is an absolute clown of a footballer.
  7. Lisbon in the QF remains the biggest surrender ive ever seen from a Newcastle side. 2-0 up on aggregate and an away goal with them needing to score 3 with just just over 45 minutes to go. They scored 4. They got to the final and played CSKA Moscow ffs. That was our chance. Absolutely pathetic stuff. AZ wasnt much better but we were a worse team on paper. Brugge was a legendary trip. Excited for Europe more than anyway connected with this club.
  8. Diallo would get into our team like
  9. McKennie push on Wilson was a pen. Ref completely bottled it like
  10. Whats the deal with the last game of the season on TV. Obviously they all kick off at the same time but do the broadcasters announce what they're showing on the the week before depending on what teams have to play for or what? Trying to work out whether we'd be on TV V Chelsea. Can only ever remember watching us on TV on the final day against Villa when we went down. Guessing we were V West Ham too but I was there.
  11. Danilo looks a good player too.
  12. Thats an absolutely brilliant goal. What a tocuch.
  13. Was just looking up Lyanco as he looks like the least Brazilian footballer ever and his surname is Vojnovic. Makes sense
  14. Reallu enjoy watching Forest. Quick on the break. Hope they stay up, PL is better off with clubs like them
  15. Its all good either way on this one. A loss of form for Brighton bodes well for our fixture against them. A Brighton win sends Everton further to the abyss.
  16. I hope we move Isak back centrally. If Longstaff is fit, Joelinton moved further forward on the left. If he's not I'd bring in ASM
  17. Rice was outstanding against Man Utd like. Think he'll end up at Man City next season if Pep wants him.
  18. The penalty shout came from a well worked corner routine tbf. Its balls into the box from set pieces we seem to be lacking from.

    Jacob Murphy

Never known a player hit the woodwork so much as Murphy like. Strikes the ball well a lot of the time, just particularly unlucky.
  20. Piss take how easy Man Utd and Liverpools run in is like.
  21. Arsenal deserved to win. They were just more cutting. Thought they gave us a lesson in midfield, Jorginho and Odegaard were brilliant. They cut through us several times and they're a quality team. The time wasting and gamesmanship are by the by, we're masters of it and while its enraging when its against us, it shows how far we've came. Having said that, i'm not too disheartened. Today could easily have been very different. If you're going to win against Arsenal, you need to take your changes, its as simple as that. Willock and Schar's chances were howlers. They should have done so much better. Both Isak and Murphy were unlucky to hit the post, if either of those go in it could be a wildly different game, but they didnt and thats how it goes. We seem to have a habit of absolutely flying out of the traps in both halves, then if we dont score, we seem to drop off a bit, lose some intensity and allow teams to grow into the game. I'd like to see us control the game for longer periods of time. I still think we'll get the points needed to finish in the top four and im normally a negative cunt. I didnt see anything today that suggests otherwise, we we're just beaten by a better a better side in a game of fairly fine margins.
  22. I don't get why he's getting caught in possession so much recently. When he first came, he was flawless on the ball, at a time when adjusting to the league and you'd expect him to get caught out more. Anyway, he's still class. Poor today and absolutely schooled by Jorginho and Odegaard but it doesn't change anything about how important he is for us.
  23. Got to take your chances at the end of the day.
