  1. That's because they've had to airbrush out Rob's belly. It looks like a onezie.
  2. Cup, all day long. When will we ever win this joke of a league anyway? I know people would be wary about the consequences relegation brings, but since when have we ever been picky about winning cups at this club?!
  3. As good as Sissoko is, the sad reality is that his absence wont make as big of a difference as it should due to Pardew's inability to utilise him correctly/play him in his natural position. Sad.
  4. People on here need to let go of Nike being our kit manufacturers
  5. Still a 9. I don't have any faith in us/Pardew, and feel uneasy about Wigans game at Arsenal. Having said that, tonight was delightful and such a relief!
  6. To think that there's still a possibility that the mackems could send us down is a thought that makes me shudder. That be unbearable.

    So fitting.
  8. Desperately need him back for next week. Quality player.
  9. Not that they will, but if Wigan were to lose against Swansea on Tuesday and we were to draw at QPR next Saturday, then that means that they would have to go to Arsenal and get something or else that's curtains for them. In other words, Tuesday is the be all and end all.....possibly.

Playing under such a tosser like him would probably tire out my enthusiasm or motivation, too.

Our last 5 league games: - Won: 1 - Drawn: 1 - Lost: 3 - Goals For: 2 - Goals Against: 14 You can tell just how inexperienced our whole team is.

What a cunt. Painful how our French contingent get slaughtered as 'surrender monkeys' when really Pardew is the one who surrenders weekly. That game was there for the taking, man.

Not the best article, imo. We sign a load of technically gifted players from France, most of whom were brought up through the renowned Clairefontaine Centre of Excellence, and are then subject to this negative crap that is forced upon them every week. That's no excuse for giving up, you cant give up if you play for NUFC. But trying to force a change in tactics is, in my opinion, essentially trying to save the club from relegation. Yes, it might be more personally centred to get individuals playing their best, but if that is the case then so be it! It was only a matter of time before players started getting sick of it. Nice one, Pards. You horrible cunt.
  14. Unfortunately we know how bad we are better than anyone else, and how unlikely it is Pardew will come up with a gameplan to turn it round. It's no use trying to stress to people just how bad we are- it almost comes across as bragging, but its more emphasising just how utterly screwed we are. To me, we are the worst team in the league, without question.
  15. This has to be one of the greatest posts I have ever seen on here
  16. As long as he's back for the QPR game, that's the main thing. West Ham is a right off as far as I'm concerned.

I probably wouldn't renew next season if he's still here if it weren't for knowing that there'd be plenty of people who would take my place.

Funny the way that every Sunday or Monday morning this thread is littered with posts of 'Is he gone yet?' or 'I cant believe this cunt isn't gone yet'

But surely, what about David Moyes? Why cant people just stop for a second and think about what David Moyes has done at Everton?! Look at how well he's done with them over so many years on such tough financial constraints! Look at how he's got them to FA Cup final's and into the Champions League! Everyone, LOOK AT DAVID MOYES! So when you're finding Newcastle's next gutless performance and 0-6 defeat at home hard to bear, just think of David Moyes. When you're wanting to chuck it in and not renew, just think of David Moyes. When we're losing at home to Millwall next year, just think of David Moyes. When we sell Hatem Ben Arfa to Fulham, think of David Moyes. When Sports Direct logo replaces the Newcastle United crest....think of David Moyes. Hell, even when you shag your missus next, think of David Moyes. David Moyes.
  20. Pescara, a little team punching above their weight playing in Serie A. They're bottom of the league and heading for relegation, yet in the past month or two they have held training ground protests at the poor displays they don't feel is good enough for their club. Their whole Curva Nord walked out in a match with nearly 20 minutes to go in protest, as well. My point being that this is a club who receive far less support and coverage than Newcastle United, have far inferior players than Newcastle United and a history that is incomparable with Newcastle United. Yet, their supports care more about their clubs well-being than Newcastle United fans care about theirs. People may say 'oh but that's turning your back on the team', well its actually standing up for your own club and trying to retain standards and pride. We are coming off the back of two of the worst home results in the history of this club, yet it seems people can barely be bothered. As people have said above, the protests in days gone by (Shepherd era) were at times cringeworthy, but it seemed that collectively we had big ambitions and expectations of this once great club. Now, it is just a mess- a club that's traded its soul to become an advertising vehicle for Sports Direct and the definition of success is making a few bob profit and keeping your manager for more than 2 seasons running (this wouldn't happen if we didn't have a policy of only hiring mates). The club is rotten to the core, in my opinion. There's not much to like or anything to inspire any more. Ashley and co. have steadily and effectively diminished expectations of supporters. Who know's if we stay up or gown down, but either way I don't expect any one to care and expect the cycle to continue. What an absolute tragedy this is.
