  1. Unfortunately we know how bad we are better than anyone else, and how unlikely it is Pardew will come up with a gameplan to turn it round. It's no use trying to stress to people just how bad we are- it almost comes across as bragging, but its more emphasising just how utterly screwed we are. To me, we are the worst team in the league, without question.
  2. This has to be one of the greatest posts I have ever seen on here
  3. As long as he's back for the QPR game, that's the main thing. West Ham is a right off as far as I'm concerned.

I probably wouldn't renew next season if he's still here if it weren't for knowing that there'd be plenty of people who would take my place.

Funny the way that every Sunday or Monday morning this thread is littered with posts of 'Is he gone yet?' or 'I cant believe this cunt isn't gone yet'

But surely, what about David Moyes? Why cant people just stop for a second and think about what David Moyes has done at Everton?! Look at how well he's done with them over so many years on such tough financial constraints! Look at how he's got them to FA Cup final's and into the Champions League! Everyone, LOOK AT DAVID MOYES! So when you're finding Newcastle's next gutless performance and 0-6 defeat at home hard to bear, just think of David Moyes. When you're wanting to chuck it in and not renew, just think of David Moyes. When we're losing at home to Millwall next year, just think of David Moyes. When we sell Hatem Ben Arfa to Fulham, think of David Moyes. When Sports Direct logo replaces the Newcastle United crest....think of David Moyes. Hell, even when you shag your missus next, think of David Moyes. David Moyes.
  7. Pescara, a little team punching above their weight playing in Serie A. They're bottom of the league and heading for relegation, yet in the past month or two they have held training ground protests at the poor displays they don't feel is good enough for their club. Their whole Curva Nord walked out in a match with nearly 20 minutes to go in protest, as well. My point being that this is a club who receive far less support and coverage than Newcastle United, have far inferior players than Newcastle United and a history that is incomparable with Newcastle United. Yet, their supports care more about their clubs well-being than Newcastle United fans care about theirs. People may say 'oh but that's turning your back on the team', well its actually standing up for your own club and trying to retain standards and pride. We are coming off the back of two of the worst home results in the history of this club, yet it seems people can barely be bothered. As people have said above, the protests in days gone by (Shepherd era) were at times cringeworthy, but it seemed that collectively we had big ambitions and expectations of this once great club. Now, it is just a mess- a club that's traded its soul to become an advertising vehicle for Sports Direct and the definition of success is making a few bob profit and keeping your manager for more than 2 seasons running (this wouldn't happen if we didn't have a policy of only hiring mates). The club is rotten to the core, in my opinion. There's not much to like or anything to inspire any more. Ashley and co. have steadily and effectively diminished expectations of supporters. Who know's if we stay up or gown down, but either way I don't expect any one to care and expect the cycle to continue. What an absolute tragedy this is.
  8. I'm still dismayed at the level of apathy from the stands yesterday. In past seasons managers who aren't near as bad as Pardew have suffered an enormous amount, but it seemed then that the majority of the SJP crowd had their minds made up from the start about them- Souness, Allardyce etc. The atmosphere was pretty s***, and you cant blame any one for that as its just so uninspiring to watch, but the whole ground should have been seething at Pardew. Yet there seems to be plenty of mongs who still see him as some sort of hero. "He's not out there kicking the ball", one woman argued with me. Dear god, is this what Newcastle fans have sunk to? Where's this renowned passion and backing of our team, wanting the best for our club? We turn up in our numbers, but it counts for f*** all when you don't put that fan power to use. No wonder the players have given up if the lifeblood of this club has too. We're screwed.

Wigan and Southampton at home are the only league games we have won this year by more than one goal. Shocking. This relegation is going to be a lot more painful than the last one.
  10. 9 for me. I just cannot see where our next point or even goal is coming from.
  11. Maybe if people at the games weren't such blinkered assholes and didn't keep sticking up for him then we could get a move on and start improving as a club. Until that happens and the crowd wakes up and gets stuck into him, we'll continue to break unwanted records.

I think this is an appropriate response to that article:

3/4 of his whole article perfectly supports the fans' opposition to him Absolutely clueless.

Hatem false 9 would be nice. So would a manager good enough to implement it.
  15. HAHAHHA they qualified for the Europa League. What a bunch of t***s. HAHAHA. :'( Hahahahaha stupid Chelsea, qualifying for the Europa League, they're going to be SO fatigued next year! Losers.

I'm sorry, but regardless of any excuse including; unsettled back fours, European fatigue due to playing against generally inferior sides to us, whatever....there is no way we should be 16th place in the league with 4 games to go.
  17. It's a long shot, but I'd love us to try and tempt Marcelo Bielsa here.

I'm amazed at how lenient the media have been on him this season. In years gone by its only taken a couple of losses and all of a sudden the worlds caving in on Barrack Road. And none of those managers were responsible for our worst derby loss in over 30 years. I'm quite amazed, actually. I'm assuming its the absence of any fan pressure being made apparent at SJP, but to think that we're in grave danger of relegation (I reckon we'll finish 17th) is just unforgivable and Pardew can count himself unbelievably fortunate so far.

Comfortable mid table obscurity! WOOPTY f***ing DO Watch him start saying we're pushing for Europe - despite him hating it all season. Aye! Stupid cunt will be preaching about qualifying for Europe as the holy grail, the bare minimum requirement for us to 'compete'. Then just play all the kids once we get in it and call them shit. Good man.

I think I saw a couple of people on here during the week saying 'give him till Christmas and if he's cack; sack him then.' Well, I assume that will mean we'll be diabolical (again). So that'll be ANOTHER season written off at this god forsaken club. Yay. The second we're declared safe this season get rid of this tosser. Devastatingly, I predict we'll be starting next season with him. There's no way I can watch this (x2) all over again.

Just seen their MOTD clip. He's a fucking goon, man. All bravado that the media are absolutely lapping up. Even neutrals on Facebook/Twitter are wanking themselves over him, saying he's class, a legend etc. Yes, he's a passionate bloke, and nothing wrong with that, but he's milking his image like fuck. When the going get's tough he'll look like a clown.

Relevance? Ferguson was utter s*** for 4 years at Man Utd but they stuck with him and eventually reaped the rewards. There's too much knee jerking on here. We were utter s*** for 2 years under SBR until we signed Bellamy and Robert, should we have sacked him earlier than we did too?? Your definition of utter s*** obviously differs from mine. Did you watch us in 99/00 and 00/01?? We were rank. I did aye and we were nowhere near as rank as we are now. I think we were. Ooooooh! Fight, fight!

I remember we had numerous back lines last season. Colo, Saylor, Raylor, Perch, Santon, Simpson and Williamson all featuring. Such an awful excuse, simply because he's messed up he's scrambling together the oldest excuse in the book. This reminds me of the Souness days- missing our 'proper players' We were unchanged practically every game when we went 11 games unbeaten at the start of the season and again when we won 6 on the bounce. It does help. I know it does, but this season we've practically upgraded our back four since after January- Debuchy, Saylor/Colo- Mapou- Santon. There's been very little improvement. Ground out a few results but only by the skin of our teeth. It doesn't wash with me, its a sad excuse.
