Is he expecting to get more movement from Shola? I suppose he's more likely to hit the back of the net should a chance come his way. -

Don't know why I bothered today, worst bet in a while. -
Annoys me when sides keep quality on the bench for the sake of a work horse up from the case in point being Birmingham benching Derbyshire and Zigic for Jerome.

Ridgewell trying to get Fellani sent off, disgusting play.

Mind not be a bad idea to bring him in for Routledge to protect Perch more than anything.
-
Didn't look like it deflected as much as the commentators were making out like. I don't think it deflected at all like.
-
Harsh. Best keeper in the league.
-
Aye, misread your post. I think he did play mostly on the left in France. Who knows he might not work in the middle but you don't know until you try it. His style of play certianly suggests he would be a success though.
-
Does he? Every game i have watched he played on the wing. Any idea how often he has played central? You can tell by the way his style of play. Constantly drifting inside, sliding passes through to the forwards, taking players on. He rarely hugs the touch line.
-
Whats also a worry with this statement is that it suggests he'll be starting HBA on the left which throws the balance of the side. The lad plays in the middle, give him a chance.

So you'd pass on the opportunity to get Babel because "his twitter patter is beyond terrible". Brilliant. I mean it makes all the sense in the world! Nolan's awesome patter and banter clearly makes for one hell of a footballer. I mean come on! The Nolan chicken dance after the penalty? Priceless stuff. Just what every team needs for world dominance. I can totally see where you are coming from. Did you even read his post? There's always one. Yes I did read it. The point being that Ryan Babel's "patter" has nothing to do with anything. I highly doubt his poor patter makes him a f***ing moron either. You're the one who doesn't get it pal. So just to clarify where does SEMTEX say: 'I wouldn't sign Babel because his patter is s***, I'd rather have Nolan'? Well the discussion is about getting Babel right? SEMTEX acknowledges that he is a better player than Routledge, but who deserves (seriously?!) to rot in Liverpool's reserves because of his terrible "patter". If he's rotting in Liverpool's reserves I fail to see how he could then play for Newcastle simultaneously. I think your reading into his statement a little too far. Calm down.

I hope they get landed with the most clueless cunt under the sun, horrible, spawny club with shit fans and a fucking scum ridden town to match. The Championship doesn't do them justice.

Good. The Championship doesn't do them justice.

All that worrys me about that is its dependant on Carroll's movement.
-
He had a very good run between January and March, otherwise than that he was either injured or unavailable. If he was good enough, why didn't any club come in for him before we signed him last september as well? What sort of argument is that? Not really an arguement, just making some points tbh. I don't think anyone bar Man United were in for Hernandez. On that basis he must be shite.

It's not been that good like. They still haven't won away from home which included defeat to West Brom and a draw with Wigan. They also surrendered a two goal lead at home to Birmingham.
