  1. Not one to knock other clubs trying, but they totally fucked that up. One side lower than the other, the end bit folded in. It can’t be that hard to do.
  2. Spurs casually morphing into the New York Jets with that logo on the inside of their collar.
  3. Burnley already have Traffords replacement with Etienne Green.
  4. The home shirt is now an iconic shirt after the cup win, so it will be in demand a little longer. On top of this, they have pulled a lot of the stock for both the Final edition, and the Champions edition, both of which are selling at full price.

    St James' Park

Pretty much a copy, paste, and change texture colour.
  6. You get Andy Hinchcliffe or Don Goodman, which battle do you want to win?
  7. Villa play twice before we play against Chelsea, Villa just need to drop points in either of those 2 games along with what you said in your other post. I also believe Chelsea don’t need to get beaten by Liverpool, just not to beat Liverpool.
  8. Forest have a game in hand which they play in midweek. Win that and they are a point above us. They could easily qualify early, but to do so would also likely result in us qualifying early as well.
  9. So looking at that, there is a £13.2m gap between finishing 5th, and finishing 6th. That’s without the money given to Champions League entrants this year. On top of this, there is a £5.4m gap between 3rd place and 5th. The need to finish in the top 5 this year is absolutely massive for us, add in the Champions League merit payments and sponsorships, we could be looking at receiving the funding for another Tonali like player.
  10. If we beat Brighton, then it sets it up for ourselves. If Villa drop points in either of their next 2 games (Fulham & Bournemouth), Liverpool beat or draw with Chelsea, then we would be in a position where beating Chelsea would guarantee us a top 5 place.
  11. Shared between Villa, Bournemouth, Everton, Palace, Swansea, Hull, West Ham, and Man City. Note, others have suffered more when the Premier League had more teams.
  12. The record number of games lost in a season without being relegated is 21.
  13. We’ll have some actually emotion though.
  14. Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. All organised, sing a ten year old song about someone being on fire, get the autocue out to sing YNWA in front of the players who look like they have no emotion, then get to the airport for the 22:20 flight to Dublin, not forgetting to get your bottle of whiskey from duty free.
  15. Genuinely think if the final was in February like it used to be, they would have dropped the League as well.
  16. A few Forest players pulling up with cramp now. Season is getting too long for them.
  17. Leicester is a little bit of a derby though. With them already being relegated, there is absolutely no pressure on Leicester at all, and all the pressure will be on Nottingham Forest due to expectation, and hopes for a Champions League spot.
  18. Both of then suffering from the good old late season fold would be entirely welcome now.
  19. If we build a 70k stadium, we should be looking to see if we can get to host the semi-finals as a neutral venue. Far too many gaps in the crowd.
  20. We are currently 5 points ahead of Villa. If we beat Brighton and then Chelsea, we would still be at least 5 ahead of Villa with only 6 points left to play for. Considering Chelsea play Liverpool next in the league, and Villa have 2 games against teams going for Europe left to play, we could easily be in a position where winning our next 2 games results in us finishing in the top 5.
  21. Man Utd sitting 15th in the league, with only 4 games to play after today. Losing against Bournemouth, in a result which if it stays the same, means it will be mathematically impossible for them to finish in the top half. All so they can rest their only decent player (when he can be bothered) so that they can hopefully get the better of Bilbao in midweek to hopefully help them to a final against either Spurs or Bodo Glimp where if they win, they can once against play in the Champions League where they can once again be beaten by the likes of Young Boys. Meanwhile the Man Utd customers are all defending it as a ‘training exercise’.
  22. They have spent too long focussing on the studs showing, and not showing the full slip.
