That’s twice that the Southampton players looked like they were arguing amongst themselves.
-
What the fuck? I meant that as things stand Brighton are our nearest non-top 6 side to challenge us for a top 7 or above place in the table.
-
I think Southampton are going down.
-
Starting to get a horrible feeling over this match now.
-
Could have done without Brighton winning.
-
Brighton winning now.
-
FotMob also says 3-3.

Take that 3-3 now actually.

Prefer if Gateshead just win 3-2 to be honest.

Didn’t Man City used to have a circular logo. A couple of our previous logo’s were circular, both of them admired by fans. If it’s done right then there isn’t a problem. I guess Brummie could tell me, but I don’t think Villa have had a circular logo on the past. The shield type one is more them.

Urgh, it’s a tedious argument, they are not going to concede. They will always try to justify themselves, either by saying they have more support, have bigger support in curtain circumstances etc. In all honesty though, their stadium is too big for them. They can’t fill it and never really have been able too consistently. In League One it was a noose around their necks. Too much for the upkeep on a League One budget. If it wasn’t for some trust fund billionaire’s desire to emulate daddy by owning a football club, any football club, it would have spelt then end for them. Fact is, even in the Premier League they couldn’t fill it. I’m not saying that they don't have a decent sized following, and those who actually go to games are dedicated fans, what I’m saying is that a 49k seater stadium is about 15k too big for them. You know what, that’s alright to say though, because even if they were getting 30k-35k, which is achievable, then that is still comparable to clubs in cities of their size. If I was their owner, I’d honestly demolish the stadium and build a better but smaller capacity one in its place. As much as they try to differentiate it from the other flat pack stadium with their brickwork around it, it’s still just a run of the mill flat pack. A new stadium with more facilities for fans would be a much better way to go and a way to entice fans in. Right now though they look like they are going to be in trouble attracting fans. If we even start to become semi-successful, then places outside of Sunderland which has Sunderland fans, like South Shields, Washington, Durham etc will all start turning black & white, if they are still milling about in the Championship. On top of that the EFL are wanting to broadcast every game, and Sunderland is a place that’s been criticised for having a large amount of fans who would rather sit in a pub or at home watching games on foreign broadcasts. Broadcasting their games domestically will not help them. They are going to have to think outside of the box to entice an acceptable level of support to keep going to their games.

Absolutely no point in buying the arena without buying one of those clubs. Coventry City are looking at a new stadium and will move away, don’t save Wasps and they are gone.

Looks like Roy Chubby Brown.

Don’t worry, the EFL of all people are changing that. The Premier League will have to follow suit.

To put it into perspective, after 13 games this season we already have 2 points more than the team who finished 20th last season had all of last season, and 1 point more than the team who finished 19th had all of last season. We are though currently 11 points behind what the team who finished 18th had all of last season, but that team (Burnley) had only 1 more win than we currently do.
-
Let’s be another team who does them 9-0. I honestly think these will drop this season.

Also a week before our takeover was approved, senior members of their official supporters club held up a banner outside the SOL stating that refugees were not welcome. Add on the fact that the only club to stop kneeling for the BLM protest due to supporters bewwing before them was, Millwall.

Me and my girlfriend went to the Empire in Sunderland last night. Anyway beforehand we were looking for somewhere to eat (there is none, fucking nowhere). A taxi pulled up outside a pub and people in Halloween costumes got out. I shit you not, they were wearing Saudi headdresses.

Doesn’t he already qualify for a work permit? Hence why we delayed the deal until after the last international break?

The fuck are you on about, win the league. ?

I know it’s got little relevance to our win etc, but I’m a little disappointed how the narrative seems to be with just the Villa medical team about leaving their keeper on. It took well over 5 minutes of medical intervention to assess if he should be allowed to play on or not. If it’s taking that long, the referee should take the decision out of their hands. They obviously aren’t getting an immediate clear view of his condition, so in those circumstances he has to go off. People forget that the referee has a duty of care to the players as well.

They will justify the Spurs game because of the comeback and late winner drama. The Chelsea game because it’s an upset in expected results and not just an upset, but a convincing win/score line. That is if something similar doesn’t happen in the Liverpool vs Leeds game which pushes us further down as well. If we played in light Blue tops today, our 2nd half performance and play would have made you think that we were Man City.
-
Either them or Brighton vs Chelsea.
