The drop-off from his Forest spell should be studied, he was much better in almost every aspect of his game. Like I say though he is definitely improving and is still relatively young. The things he's looked terrible with since the move look 'trainable' if that makes sense. Be like Garrincha next season and make me and others look like mugs.

I still think he needs to develop into something. He's clearly very good at the basics but in terms of the type of player he is I don't think I could describe him to anyone who hasn't seen him play. The issues with others calling him out or whatever was just that people wanted to see him play, whether that was here or elsewhere on loan as he isn't going to develop sitting watching Joe Willock. Interested to see how his career pans out, think he's going to be another top PL player from our shite academy.

Was it not just a case of "Well if Newcastle are interested they must be good" knowing that they could blow us out the water in terms of transfer fee and wages offered. We need to be smarter and start making more friends, doing more in the shadows.

He's performed slightly better than Nick Pope this season whilst playing at an inferior level. Difficult to say without doing some proper scouting but I'd hazard a guess we're targetting much better keepers than Vlachodimos.
