Mid Season reflection - Where do we go from here?
Dr.Spaceman replied to Newcastle Fan's topic in Football
Successive failures has got us here, we've just got to hope that Hopkinson is the man to put the brakes on the shit decision making. -
I think the issue is that some people (myself included) expect our big money signings to come in and actually play a bit.
-
Cut our losses ASAP
-
It looks like several players feel like the club has reached it's ceiling and don't have the heart to go again, basically. They are the ones that need kicking out, as do the ones who we've brought in who are utterly terrible.
-
We look as tactically devoid now as we did under previous shite managers. Such a weird turn.
-
-
Could see a mile off that we wanted to get into half time without conceding. Problem then is you bring shite like Willock off the bench and take off one of our most effective players
-
Just end it
-
This set piece nonce is stealing a living
-
These are shite and we're nowhere near them. I like having Eddie as manager but howay...
-
-
Once again
-
There'll still be some wazzocks on here saying he needs more time
-
Forward march
-
Why has he kept Elanga on
-
That was such a shit header from Martinelli
-
It's not bigger than Leeds v Derby at all, that match has always had a bit of bite to it, they absolutely hate each other.

Notice the EDL bit of the banner has been cropped out -
He's a proper wrong'un him. Screams toucher.

No doubt there'll be some specific stats that Man City like the look of, obviously pass completion being one of them, likely coupled with the number of progressive passes p/g. Everything else is arbitrary - it doesn't matter about his defensive stats as he'll have a much easier job in a tactically drilled side (not saying we aren't, but Pep's Man City are off the scale) and he'll not be required to shoot, cross or even assist goals.

As if their official account has just tweeted a video showing loads of bad tackles -

Decent that, against a good side who've just been to Man City and beat them 2-0 -
