  1. Also, an oft forgotten point and another reason to be annoyed. Burnley is £44 a ticket for Cat 2. A similar game last season was £35 for members. An increase in over 25%. Season Ticket holder prices went up 3%. Members are being milked dry and mugged off.
  2. And members have been charged a minimum of £5 more per ticket. £60 a ticket? On top of an increase in member fees. I’m honestly debating my membership next season like. They’re taking the piss.
  3. Would have snapped your hand off for a draw at half time. Great point

Meet me on the Corner is an absolute banger. No doubt we’d somehow manage to sing it 10x the speed ?
  6. I honestly think this forum could sort the Box Office out on a volunteer basis. The Trust have effectively become a de facto Customer Services portal for the Box Office anyway.
  7. https://x.com/danmeyer2002/status/1698760118211334655?s=46&t=vdsN_AHh11-g3YCkSAx-2g Holy fucking shit I have never, repeat never, seen that at an NUFC home game…let alone an away game. This is bonkers. I’m sorry like. The Club can absolutely get to fuck on ticketing.

  9. I wonder if the pub run buses will exist moving forward. Clearly a big reason as to how we’d get young lads at matches, but also why there was a raft of point hoarders. I always used to go on the buses as a younger lad. But of course, I’d never get the LP. The older you get, you don’t fancy sitting on a bus full of 17 year olds, coked up off their tits and stealing a full shop of booze And you want the LP. You could argue both systems don’t work for many, which is unfortunate.

  11. Hoping for Shaktar Donetsk as I should be in Hamburg for work on one of the games.
  12. Just had a look in more detail at Chelsea’s and it shows us up. It has all ticket sale release dates for the whole season on their website (they release 42 days before each league fixture). This is their loyalty point system - which members can also gain points for: HOW DO YOU GAIN LOYALTY POINTS? Points will be awarded for purchasing tickets to all competitive men’s first team fixtures, with the number of points gained dependent on opposition/competition. Points will be issued per match and not per ticket purchased. One point: Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham home and away matches in the Premier League. When qualified, UEFA competition home knockout-stage fixtures. Three points: All remaining home and away Premier League matches. Five points: FA Cup matches (excluding the semi-final and final). League Cup home and away matches (excluding the final). When qualified, UEFA competition group-stage home matches, all UEFA competition away matches (excluding UEFA competition finals). When qualified, the Community Shield, UEFA Super Cup final and the FIFA Club World Cup. WHICH MATCHES ARE SOLD USING LOYALTY POINTS? In addition to any domestic cup finals, FA Cup semi-finals, match tickets for Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham home and away matches will be sold on a loyalty-point basis where possible. Away matches against Bournemouth, Brentford, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Luton Town and West Ham United will also be sold on a loyalty-point basis where possible. The final home and away matches of the season will also be sold on a loyalty-point basis. Chelsea Football Club reserves the right to apply the use of the loyalty-points process to the buying of match tickets for any other fixture outside of the matches listed above, if required. Chelsea Football Club also reserves the right to allow season ticket holders a further opportunity to apply for the members' away match ticket allocation should they not sell out in adequate time. ADDITIONAL NOTES Points will not be awarded for attendance at any domestic cup final or the FA Cup semi-final, for Chelsea Women matches, or for Academy and friendly matches. Points will be issued per match and not per match ticket. Further point bonuses may be attached to specific matches during the season. Loyalty points are added to a supporter's account immediately after purchase unless stated otherwise. If any season tickets become available for future seasons, the loyalty-points scheme will be used. Loyalty points cannot be gained through Ticket Exchange purchases. 5 bonus loyalty points if you become a member before July 21 2023 (Offer Ended) Any games that are played in the 1st month of the season, 2022/23 season loyalty points will be used
  13. Anyone done the Trust survey on ticketing? https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=Wi69EZAh8EuVIuGH6p3iTijTJfAg0gROsXxk4VV_CK5URVYwRjJHUDlHUUQ4WDg1RDIxMjBEM1JETS4u
  14. https://x.com/toonblogg/status/1696482016332558521?s=46&t=vdsN_AHh11-g3YCkSAx-2g Some saying Liverpool fans were in the home end. But nobody would ever pay £37 to enter a ballot would they… A side note too. A pal of mine, who is a Liverpool fan, paid £200 for an away end ticket on Sunday. I’m sure £37 is worth the risk to many for a home end ticket if that’s the price for some away tickets.

  16. My biggest frustration for yesterday is we stopped targeting TAA on a yellow. It was clear as day we needed to keep at him. Everything should have gone down that left side (Burn was regularly out of position however in defence. Perhaps Targett should have come on for him) with Gordon. And later Barnes should have come on for Miggy… This isn’t the first time Howe has been far too conservative with timings of subs (and getting them wrong) - and I’m sure he’s reflecting on this today.

The way people filtered out after the second went in was unbelievable. And the booing at full time…get to fuck. It’s one of the first games in the Howe era at home that has gone like that - and people clearly are used to having things their own way. And they react like that? Fucking shameful.
  18. 12 fucking points This game can get in the bin already this season.

  20. I saw this on Twitter. The usual comments were depressing. ”We have to raise money to compete man!” Etc etc. People seem totally averse to criticising anything to do with the ownership because we finished 4th last season. When you see the spread of cheapest tickets I was actually really surprised by how expensive ours now are tbh.

Criminally underused. Would try this in the NE corner last season a few times. Very few would join in. But if it’s “We’veeeeee got Bruno in the middle” Different story Speaking of which that song seems to have died a death.
