On the left? Square pegs in round holes again then. Gouffran's a square peg in every hole, though. Sissoko and Ritchie out wide alternating would be just fine. Richie's clearly far better on the right and is arguably our best player. I wouldn't take him away from there to make room for Sissoko. Sissoko would be useless on the left as well and would no doubt take the huff at being played out of position. Sissoko's our best player. In any attacking midfield role he'd p*ss all over this division. Yet was totally anonymous against sh*t like sunderland, Aston Villa, West Brom etc. Don't know why he'd suddenly turn into a world beater against Derby, Sheff Wed etc. If he was anonymous last season he would have been dropped. People are rewriting history here, he might have had the odd bad game, but he was never anonymous. His 1 goal and 2 assists were invaluable to us last season. Was he dropped by Rafa for his anonymous displays? Wijnaldum was, how come Sissoko got handed the armband and singled out for praise by Rafa for these anonymous performances? How many times was Colback dropped last season? You think he played well? That's just it though, Colback has been dropped this season once a proper manager has been installed and he's had time to fashion his own squad. If Rafa doesn't rate Sissoko he could always take the £20m Spurs would happily pay but he won't will he? Maybe he should offer them Colback instead for that money? Well we wouldn't know if Sissoko would have been dropped or not this season considering we haven't even seen him yet. All I know is that his attitude in his time at NUFC has been disgraceful, especially against the sh*t teams. Considering he's already stated on numerous occasions he doesn't want to be here and our opponents are mostly going to be sh*t teams I'd find it rather difficult to put him back in the first XI at the expense of any of our current players.

They need to do something, clear they are not even competitive at this level. Think there may be a management change there before we get to the January window. It was an Ironic comment based on supporters of other teams saying we're trying to buy the league when in fact other clubs are spending far more.

It's hypothetical but I'd say we've got enough about us to go up with or without Sissoko. As things stand he wouldn't get in the team ahead of Diame, Shelvey or Hayden anyway. course he would man Who would you drop for him if he was suddenly available for Derby?
-
Aye unfortunately he rarely misses games through injury.

He's not worth £25m- £35m to us as things stand though. He's training on his own and sitting in the stands on matchday draining around £80k a week from the club.

Villa clearly trying to buy the league here like.

Would happily see you in the side instead of Colback. Would happily see you inside Colback. Hilarious. You're wasted on here.

I'll have to reserve judgement on this one as I'd never heard of him until a couple of days ago.

The Premier League is faster and more physical and, just the same as last time we played in the 2nd tier, I've seen nothing from the other teams so far to suggest any underhand game plans or attempts to knack our players. Vernon Anita is more than capable of sitting and breaking up the play in this league. He really isn't like. He was at his ineffective best value Fulham. Nothing there to suggest he's cut out for that role in this league. 2nd choice right back or nothing.

Official: Callum McManaman does NOT join Newcastle United
Wallsendmag replied to Incognito's topic in Football
Can't stand the lad and don't think he's very good either. Hope we don't sign him. -
Not sure about that, Diame man of the match for me. Great touch, power and poise. Utter class! Wait 'til he's fully fit. Diame was very good but Shelvey pipped him for motm in my opinion.
-
Also ignoring the fact they failed to sell their allocation at Southampton either. They really are a special breed.
-
Man of the match yesterday. Everything we did went through him and a superb goal to top his performance off.

Some guy who owns a barbours and named in Pavels in memory of Pavel paid for it. It would have been decent if the pilot flew low enough so people could get a good view, every time he came round he went higher and higher up. I got my hair cut in there on Tuesday. They did a pretty good job as well! It's in Forest Hall.
