Thought he did really well again last night and offered a great outlet down the right hand side again. Would be comfortable with him and Ritchie as our right sided players next season.

Hayden was our best player yesterday, and has been one of our best players this season like. In your opinion of course. My opinion is that he's had a decent season, but nowt remarkable. I thought he was poor 1st half yesterday, improved after half time, as did the team in general, and seemed to grow massively in confidence after his goal. Ofcourse, I wasn't saying it wasn't, it's all opinions, thats what makes football what it is, but do I feel you're being overly harsh. He's still young so there's room to improve, unlike Colback for example, which is why I'd be happy to see him kept on as a squad player next season. Think we'll need better than him in our first XI though.

Same as Mitrovic then, but on a fraction of the wage. Because Armstrong would bring as much to the team as Mitro in general, yeah right... I struggle to see what Mitrovic actually brings to the team. It certainly isn't goals which is a bit of a problem when he's the centre forward.

The stat's back up what I was watching, he had a good game and I didn't see anything from him that made me think playing in the championship was his level. I disagree. I thought he was poor 1st half and improved marginally 2nd half. Gained confidence after his goal.

Yet he had the most touches, made the most passes and won the most tackles out of the 22 players on the pitch tonight. Did that all happen after his goal? Sensible people don't hide behind stats. I learned that when we beat Swansea 2-0 with 24% possession a few years ago. You think the likes of Brian Clough took notice of that rubbish?

He can contribute to almost any team below the top 6 in the PL. WATCH THIS SPACE. He's been reasonable, nothing more than that, in a top Championship team. He'll struggle badly next season if he's up against far better midfielders in the PL. Hopefully we don't get to find out.

His finishing is his biggest issue mind. His lack of pace and poor movement are also a problem granted.

He should have had a penalty today and he's looked pretty decent in the last couple of games.

I'd rather just get him off the wage bill. He cost £13m and he'll be on a canny wedge. He couldn't handle the Championship, I see no point in paying him for a Premier League campaign. He hasn't exactly figured regularly in the Championship has he? Only time he got a chance for a few games in a row was when Gayle was out injured and then he performed well and scored goals only to be benched as soon as Gayle was fit (rightly so). He only scored 1 goal after Gayle got injured. He has 1 goal in his 19 appearances, starting and sub. Didn't Mitro score like 3-4 goals during a short period of time?? He did when Gayle was out in November. 4 goals in a week vs Preston. Ok, so he did score a few goals when he got a few games in a row then. He's not good enough man. A blind man can see it.
