We could play a midfield three of Anita, Sissoko and Wijnaldum with Anita holding and Sissoko going box to box but over and over again we play this stupid 4-2-3-1 with Colback playing hide and don't seek in the middle. We'd get totally overrun in midfield playing those 3. For me it's vital we strengthen our central midfield in January because currently we get the worst of both worlds. Our back 4 doesn't get the protection it needs and there's also an alarming lack of creativity as well.

For the first time since I packed my season ticket in I'm tempted to buy a ticket for this. The thought of beating these, putting a nail in their relegation coffin with 6 points by Xmas Day is pretty exciting but then again I'd buy a ticket and they'll end up beating us.

Two brilliant and unexpected wins but Villa is the big one. Beat them and that's us 13 points clear of them and they won't be making that ground up on us meaning we only have to finish above 2 others. This team still need to prove they can get up for the games against the smaller clubs like Villa and a good performance (and a win) on Saturday would be a canny start.
