  1. I'd like to think they would but I've filled in plenty of their surveys over the years and rarely hear of any feedback or follow up action afterwards.
  2. Just done it there. Gave negative/dissatisfied responses. Not sure what NUST plan to do with it. Doubt we'll hear anything back.
  3. And Bruno wasn't? For me up until the time of Tonali going off he was still the best of the 3 midfielders. Thought it was the wrong decision at the time and I stand by that now.
  4. Most people where I was at were complaining about him going off at the time so that's not hindsight. At the time people were disappointed with the substitutions. He got it wrong and Klopp outsmarted him. Sometimes you've just got to accept that. Game changed massively in their favour. Barnes didn't have anywhere near the same impact that Gordon had and the general consensus when Tonali went off was that it should have been Bruno.
  5. Game clearly swung in their favour after the subs. Anyone who watched it could see that tbh. Gordon was terrorising them and Tonali was helping us keep relative control of the game. Lost all that when they went off.
  6. Could kind of understand taking Isak off for Wilson but removing him and Gordon was absolute madness and has ultimately cost us. Thought he was the best of our 3 midfielders by some way.
  7. Tbf as NUFC manager (we were relegation fodder up until last season lets not forget) for the time being at least he's always going to have a "mixed" record against the top sides. In fact most of the other top managers have a mixed record against the other top teams. However he's still managed to beat Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Villa, Brighton, West Ham in his relatively short time here, all likely to be top 8 this season. Add to those an impressive draw v Man City last season and his record isn't actually too bad. For whatever reason Klopp just has his number.
  8. Wrong fans have got in the seats. Bruno has been poor for a while. Only an idiot would disagree with that. We move on to Brighton.
  9. Said exactly the same on our WhatsApp group. Would have been the first one I would have hooked of the 3. He's been poor since Feb but too many scared to admit that.
  10. He shit it today but hey ho. We'll improve as the season goes on I'm sure.
  11. 101st minute winner my mate reckons. He was foaming!
  12. Aye thise of us who've been to Goodison before can vouch for their being some really restricted views which they shouldn't be charging anywhere near £55 for!
  13. It is but it doesn't tell the full story. Their cheapest tickets are £55 and their most expensive tickets are £55. They have 1 price for adults and it's the same regardless of stand or opposition. It's £25 for a junior. Also a quick check shows that their season tickets are generally cheaper than ours. For example the equivalent of our East Stand is £600/£670 whereas we are at around the £850 mark behind the goals start from £600. At Man City adult prices start from £385 behind the goal which is incredible value to watch the best team in the world. Obviously they didn't have FFP to worry about when they were taken over and since then have grown revenues with success more than ticket prices.
  14. They'd be in a permanent rage if they were top of the league and allowed in to watch for free. It's just the way they are.
  15. Most of the people complaining will either not go to games anyway or be season ticket holders. Fair enough those who don't go will never be affected by ticket prices but there's going to be a lot of season ticket holders in for a nasty shock when it comes to the price of their season ticket in the coming years. They've laid the marker down now and one thing they are clearly going to maximise is ticket revenue.
  16. One of the very few highlights of the Ashley years. Tbf we had a very good team that season.
  17. There's been 3 seats showing as available in Leazes Level 6 since last night and it won't let me buy the 2 of them I'm desperately wanting! Really pissing me off!!!
  18. Is it fair to say that NUST pointed them in the direction of Brighton when it came to the subject of away ticket allocation? And I'm more than willing to blame the poor ticket office directly on the new ownership! I would have expected it to be better than it is after almost 2 years.
  19. Yes they do although I do think the new owners have taken advice from 1 or more fan groups about this topic. Maybe unwisely but that's another argument. Of course these policies are both linked to ticketing/the ticket office as with any sort of change of that kind they will be the first port of call for people who have queries. The ticket office has taken a lot of flak lately and rightly so. My question specifically was what would be an acceptable time scale to turn it into a fully functioning, competent part of the football club where supporters could go with confidence when needing assistance for any problems or general questions they might have? Almost 2 years in and it seems as bad as it was under Ashley and as selling tickets is at the centre of any clubs operations it seems a bit odd that it hasn't been improved. I mean up until this week we were working with a stadium plan which is around 15 years old when trying to work out price categories. Admittedly I have a massive gripe with them at the minute as my membership so far has been a waste of money and I've been forced into being an armchair fan but the points are still valid.
  20. They've been in charge almost 2 years now. How long does it take to set up a fully functioning and reliable ticket office thats fit for purpose? 5 years?, 10 maybe?
  21. Wish their shitty ticketing policy would allow me into the ground at all!
  22. Isn't CLS closer to Newcastle than Sunderland though? Certainly easier to get to Newcastle from there.
  23. Surely for high risk games you'd need a previous purchase history before being eligible to buy a ticket you'd think but god knows how they'd work it.
  24. None at all. Our midfield won't come up against another rmidfield as good as that (ability or tactically wise) all season. No shame coming 2nd best to that.
  25. They used to revel in the fact that Ashley's neglect and Elllis Shorts ridiculous overspending had them more or less on a par with us regarding league positions and with them getting the upper hand on the pitch (partly due to keep changing managers just before they were during to play us ). That's all a distant memory now. Rightful order has been resumed but only this time the gap is bigger than ever and inevitably will continue to grow further with each passing season. This is too much for many of them to handle and what we are seeing now is the result of that.
