I really don't get your weird hatred towards him, he's a youngster that while he hasn't set the world on fire, certainly hasn't looked horrendous in his cameos, and has looked relatively tidy and like he could have the skillset if given game time. Howe has came out and said he has faith in him, and that he doesn't look out of place in training, so at some point you have to put a little bit of faith in the youngsters.

If Willock and Wilson are out, how do we think we'll line up? 4-3-3 like normal and putting a massive about of faith in Anderson to fill that gap, or change to 4-2-3-1, with Gordon in the number 10 role?

3 starts, that's kind of hilarious

I prefer the Europa League nowadays, the Champions League always feels very steril and massively corporatised with all the clubs feeling like they have a god given right to be there and anything less, beneath them, compared to the Europa where every game feels like it means everything to the clubs that play in them.

What a exciting set of early kick-offs

Primarily to Casemiro.

Going back to Warnock, I didn't realise just how tough a job he's got at Huddersfield, out of the 15 games they have left, 11 of them are against teams in the top half of the table and chasing promotion.

Got to love that after going 27 games without a single draw, Blackburn have now drawn their last 4 games in the Championship.

Eugh, Man City winning the league again

Why is Badiashile not playing for Chelsea?

Found this exchange amusing on a Southampton forum

Don't know why, but I have a soft spot for Marsch, think he could be a decent coach, and feels like he could be a decent fit with Southampton too.

Writing in The Athletic, on Monday the invariably accurate David Ornstein named Newcastle United as one of several Premier League clubs included in pre-season matches in the USA later this year. The Magpies are set to play a series of kickabouts on the East Coast in late July, with New Jersey, Philadelphia and Atlanta all named as possible host venues. The exhibition matches are predicted to be against other Premier League sides, with Brighton, Chelsea and Leeds United also named in the article. Newcastle had been expected to prepare for the current season in the USA, only for the Ohio Cup event to be cancelled - forcing a hasty rethink in the shape of a training camp in Austria.
