Would go for the above personally, be a good game to start Bruno.

Got to think he's done here, yesterday when we where looking to see out the game, his pressing and work rate would normally see him come on, but Murphy came on instead. Think he'll be gone in the summer, it's a shame as when he first came in he looked like he could have been some player, even if his end product wasn't amazing and he always had a smile on his face, which was infectious. Now though, he's been proper Bruce'd, doesn't offer anything, and seems to just lack a lot of confidence. Think he needs a move somewhere so he can refreshen things up.

Can't remember the last time we came from behind to win a game, makes the victory that much sweeter. The first half was weird, both teams where very disjointed and sloppy up until they scored, at which point we switched on and absolutely battered them until the end of the game, I can't remember Dubs having to make a save. That was a whole team performance, everyone to a man was valiant, courageous and had the fight needed to get that result, we where pressing from the front, and didn't allow them any space to breath, and when in possession was incisive with our passing, and broke at speed several times, if we could finish we could have won that by 5 or 6. That may have actually been ASM's best performance for us, I've been critical of him this season, and was starting to think he may be someone we leave by the wayside as we get better, but he was really switched on today, driving with pace and that despite the fact he was triple marked at times. Trippier just oozes class, Targett was very solid, him being a defensive rock allowed ASM the freedom going forward. Schar is the one I'm most worried about, he looked off the pace today, would like to see Burn in his place at the weekend. As for Everton, they need to be seriously worried, there performance was shocking and that's coming off the back of a morale boosting win, they looked all over the place all game. Maybe it's injuries and a new manager coming in, but they need to buck up, or they could go down as they have all the hallmarks of us in 09. On a sidenote, notice how BT didnt show Lampard looking crestfallen on the sidelines, or at all from the moment we went ahead? Almost like he used to work for them or something. This guy is something else, easily my favourite player already. He's everything I want in a player, he's passionate, he's committed, he's a leader, and he's really technically great, he is just class in everything he does. It's his intelligence that's his main asset though, hes so good at positioning his body to win the ball, as well as reading the play, to make an killer ball, and I lost count of the amount of times he managed to hit the ball of an opponent to win a throw or goal kick. Love him.

That was such a weird half of football, both team where really sloppy and a yard of the pace, they then scored, and we just woke up and where the better team from that point onwards. Joelinton is great until he gets into the box, its so annoying as he does so much good, but can't shoot for shite

So far our other signings to have come in have played in the very next game, and in Trippier's case he was signed on the 7th January and was played on the 8th
