End of the day Club can change whatever and the only problem it solves is a few different people will get in more regular than others possibly leaving others miss out more regularly. Ultimately the problem isn’t solved or improved. Just need a bigger ground and knowing the mindset of the Saudi’s if it’s a new one it will be the biggest and best. That however would be years away and anything can happen from now till then. Meanwhile it will be a case of increasing current capacity as easily and as quickly as possible along with a huge fan park on Strawberry Place to involve those wanting to go who miss out game to game to feel part of it possibly. Issue being the sound delay.

Doubt they will increase it. They need as much flexibility as possible to reconfigure ground in the summer. And you will continue to unfortunately as it makes no sense or difference as per earlier posts. Only way forward to keep people happy in future is a bigger ground unfortunately.

The owners backed him with new players. Possibly too many but that was partly due to them getting promoted unexpectedly and had a dozen players out of contract or on loan they had to replace alone as well as additions required. When results were poor he stuck behind him and when pressure increased further he give him a new contract. Results again haven’t been brilliant but he has held his nerve and kept him in his role. So guessing the whole statement ?

That was my concern at the time. Not buying Gordon. Just only buying Gordon. The squad has been a quality midfielder short all season. Bruno has been playing injured since Fulham.

Anyway when I saw it was today there was no way I could go and get back in time for the Arsenal game. Wish they could’ve thought that one through and had games played on the Saturday or Monday. Should have Gateshead playing Wembley the Saturday before the Chelsea game also. Such simple wins to encourage fans to attend you’d think. I appreciate its not that straightforward but I bet it was never a consideration.

I disagree. ST is for league games only and give you priority to buy cup tickets ahead of members. So you have already had your chance ahead of members and general public. Some foolishly didn’t think to take it. The club needs to give incentives to those not lucky enough to have STs who are usually the ones happy to pay for the less attractive games.

I’m guessing you meant 30000 ? Cmon think about it. There was around 5k difference in allocation. How do you explain to those who miss out even if only 30k out of 35k is the take up? It be chaos ? The club made the right decision and rewarded those who attended the least attractive cup ties in numbers on a sliding scale. Majority all ST holders. The only people who have a problem with what was decided was ST holders who didn’t buy ANY cup tickets when have 4-5 opportunities. They were taking a massive gamble expecting a chance for final tickets if they’d used any common sense and so it turn out. I don’t want that to sound harsh but some times the truth hurts. The good news for them is they missed out on very little and will know for the future… So thinking ahead to the future where every ST holder buys every cup ticket available. It will probably go to away round tickets if any I.e. loyalty points as they won’t be able to offer enough tickets then after that I’m scratching my head…

So how do you give 30000 people 25000 tickets? ? Allocation was around 27-29K off top of my head. ST holders are around 33-36k approx.
