It’s a tricky one with defenders as look how soft the game has got with the cheating and diving at the slightest of contact. With that in mind VVD has definitely got to be in he equation. Personally I never rated Adams that highly. Great leader for sure and as brave as a lion but had a few basic flaws in his game.

I think his only decent bit of form last two years was when JM took charge. Never looks particularly fit these days.

Having one provider for each competition would be a small step forward. The fact we’ve currently 3 (Sky, BT, AMAZON) for the EPL is ridiculous and the fact they say competition is better for customer never seems to work with sports broadcasting.
