I'd be more inclined to take Pips but neither are entirely dependent on the activity of NUFC so it's f***ing nonsense - last year was widely recognised as an anomalous year for a lot of teams and based on that, if we stick as we are in the market, i reckon we'll end up doing worse despite having some better players on the books I'd agree with this to an extent, however I think Cabaye & Ben Arfa (like Tiote last year) will completely change us for the better. I expect us to be a lot more fluid this year if we have the striker(s) on the pitch up to the job.

The more I look at the Sunderland midfield the more i'm disgusted by it, it's absolutely appauling. There defence is average as hell too. They have 1 good striker (same as us), with Sess there 'Ben Arfa'. f*** it, they call me delusional all they want, we'll p*ss all over them come derby day. Complete dog s***. EDIT: For the record I expect us to finish around the same place, with them boring there way to a few draws and 1 goal victories, like last year. The signings we've made so far I think we would have made withought the Carroll sale tbh. I don't blame them for spinning it mind, but I realy don't think the Carroll sale has helped us at all in terms of transfers. We're clearly bargain hunting.
