  1. He posted a daft picture in response to being called a nonce and you've completely went off the handle man
  2. Kenny's cut deep with that one like fucking hell
  3. Stifler you've somehow greatly improved the reputation of a fat, Irish, glory-hunting grifter. Just give up man
  4. The lad in the crowd acting like Rice is fucking Ruud Gullit
  5. Over the past year, according to FBref: Per 90, Isak has 5 shots for every non-penalty goal, Woltemade has 4. Statistically atleast he has been more clinical.
  6. Isn't Isak's conversation rate worse than Nick's over the last year or so? That may be bollocks tbf, but sure I saw the stats and his hit rate was really high, and it's continued here. The first snatch shot was going in but their defender reacted really well, unless it's someone like Griezman who might be quick thinking enough to pull off a cheeky finish, I think most strikers just lash it towards goal like Nick did and it's half luck whether it goes on. He should have buried the 2nd. Reminded me of Isak's in the cup against Arsenal tbf (although that went in off the bar).
  7. Mentioning someone has a tick is being an insensitive cunt? I've got a similar tick (got a few actually), it's nee bother but Mountain's right in that it's probably tied to something mental.
  8. It's percentage stuff and we'll lose possession a lot, but I honestly think if the midfield or defence just pinged balls to his feet he would make things happen more than our wingers have been. Having 2 rapid wide men hasn't been as dangerous as it seemed on paper with how we've been playing, even against high lines.
  9. Come on Ange, we know what you want to do. Get your boys on that half way line.
  10. Stop trying to play it out to the wingers from midfield and instead play through Nick?
  11. Our gameplay should just be "fire the ball through the lines to Big Nick" fwiw.
  12. Man Utd could easily be challenging for the title with a competent manager. Amorim wining enough to have them challenging for Europe and hopeful not getting sacked is the sweet spot.
  13. soldiers wages etc.
  14. He basically said he wasn't initially considered but after talking with players, coaches and other staff everyone was recommending him. After his call up he said: “Jordan is a big piece in that puzzle. The way he plays now and imposes himself at Ajax is just so impressive and he builds it on character, on personality, on energy that he brings to the team.” “They carry these values on their shoulders … it’s absolutely reliable what they bring in terms of energy and this is where the focus is also for us; to build as quick as possible a strong team, a cohesive team.” “Jordan is a serial winner. He’s captain of Ajax. What he brings to every team is leadership, character, energy and personality. He makes sure everyone lives by the standards. He embodies everything we try to build.”
  15. No but the players he's playing with are. Tuchel has said he's a big part of maintaining the standards in training and pushing the intensity of the group. Wharton isn't likely to play much unless there's injuries as Anderson and Rice are both ahead of him so he's giving a squad place to someone who he knows will actually have an impact. Henderson got shit for years while captaining Klopp's Liverpool to the title. Managers obviously love him.
  16. Tuchel has already explained why Henderson is in the squad
  17. He probably needs to drop a level where he doesn't need to sprint about as often his body obviously cannot handle it. It's hard to blame him checking out tbf, working day in day out to build up your fitness to play a couple of games and be back on the treatment table would batter your head.
  18. Ref went to the screen for Tino's handball in the CL
