  1. I don't get where Bimpy is going with that like I must admit It would be relevantly easy for Colback to live a few hours away from home for a few years like given the money he has. It wouldn't be ideal, but then he's literally a footballer* so he'll probably be able to get over it. *aye I kna
  2. Aye, trust Rafa like but now seems an odd time to test Shelvey/Merino
  3. It would be an honour absolutely hating her within the year.
  4. How does someone even have 28 billion quid EDIT: I see.
  5. Probably has something to do with them being the weirdest fanbase in the country like.
  6. also just sort of hit me that I'm the kind of man who goes hunting around for images of Billy Jones to try and prove he's not an ugly cunt.
  7. I cannot imagine Rafa having much sympathy for him like given he lives in Liverpool, and previously lived in another country to his family
  8. still absolutely astounds me every time it cuts to the Leicester dugout to show him like. One of the weirdest situations in football.
  9. Aye, but I don't think he's ever looked like he was ever going to reach Kane's level since Liverpool won the title - even Kane of a year ago. Kane had just put 21 & 25 goal seasons behind him and was still massively underrated which is my point.
  10. I think because he's lanky and ungainly looking but not in the Berbatov way he has that 'good touch for a big man' vibe like, it wasn't that long back (like around Christmas time) that people on here were arguing he wasn't as good as Sturridge.
  11. you should write them a letter imo This is the kind of encouragement I was looking for like, cheers. Writing it now.
  12. I do like Football 365 like, but they need to be pulled up on a few things to stop them from essentially just parodying themselves. I've read a few things in the past few months where they've either just been massively hypocritical or are just flat out taking things out of context, I assume to fill a quota.
  13. http://www.football365.com/news/f365s-early-winner-harry-kane-the-worlds-best-striker They'll no doubt be ripping the PFM apart for saying the same thing in a couple of day like
  14. And with that sentence spoken proudly, Triggs can finally feel happiness.
  15. It's always easy to forget how young he is like given he's been known for nearly a decade. The major thing with Lukaku though is that he's more likely to move abroad than Kane is.
  16. No. I really don't. Your memory must be pretty bad then as it only happened last week.
  17. I think realistically you can give him more than 7-8 seasons mind. We don't know how he will age but him playing until he's 35 is definitely possible. 10-11 seasons after this one. Doubt he'll be hitting 20 a season by that point (although Ibra makes it seem possible) but he won't need to if he carries on as he is for the next 5-6 year.
  18. Shearer's record isn't an insane figure anymore like. We're into the era of a goal a game strikers now and Kane could average 18 goals a season from now until 2027 and beat the record. Aye, 20 goals a season sounds big but he's hitting over that now. He got 29 last year. Every time he does that he can afford a season where he only hits 11, or 15, or whatever. I actually think it's statistically likely he breaks it if he stays majorly injury free and doesn't move abroad.
  19. Kane could do it like, he's only 24 and Shearer's record is reduced as his 23 goals before the change to the Premiership aren't counted. I think given their respected ages Kane has a massive head start and there's no signs of him slowing down.
  20. I don't think that's fair like, we can safely say Shearer is one of the greatest English strikers ever, perhaps the greatest, without him doing it against Madrid. Of course it's fair, it's the tournament which the greats are judged on and what places them above the rest. It's why Mbappe was getting insane hype, because he was toying with the best teams around. It's not even about Madrid, Spurs went out in the Group stage last year. Getting to the KO stages would be a start. I read Triggs post wrong tbh. For some reason read it as him putting massive emphasis on this one game which obviously he never did at all
