I don’t think anyone denies no moon landing have happened Stifler, it’s the original one which is a popular conspiracy. I imagine it’s a load of shite but I find it weird how people instantly get defensive when people deny it, as if they themselves actually know what they’re talking about.

I can guarentee absolutely none of you know whether the moon landing actually happened or not like I would always default to the non conspiracy side of anything, but it’s hardly flat Earth in that you can verify it yourself without any expertise.

It applies to our (genuine) targets now that we’re ran by people who know what they’re doing. I don’t know if the Gordon interest is genuine, but it’s canny mad that some people are wanting us to fail in our bid for him if it is. As if our transfer team have had some moment of psychosis and need saving from themselves.

Surely people have sussed now that their opinions on a player are completely irrelevant in comparison to the club’s, who we know are now using insanely expensive stats tools and are populated by people with a track record of making great buys. I think Gordon looks overrated, ‘kick and run merchant’ as I seen him described is bang on from what I’ve seen. However, if Howe is interested in him then I 100% want him.

He’s another one that is perfect for our midfield as it is, but we need creativity as an option, not competition for Longstaff.

I think Rice would be absolutely perfect for us if we didn’t have Joelinton like. He still might be tbf, but I feel like we’re desperate for someone like Maddison, not another ball carrier. He replaced Longstaff in the current system we’re playing (with Joelinton on the left) and we’re improved 10-fold, but this doesn’t feel like it’s going to last.

He quite clearly is physically fit enough to play in the Premier League though. His defensive numbers are great and I cannot see how a teenager play fighting with his manager is evidence of anything? I doubt we’re in for him but the reaction to our supposed interest is baffling.
