Come on now.. not a chance this happens. It would be ridiculous. He’s one of the best in his position

This is such a Football Manager signing. Signing young promising players on a moderate fee and hope they develop into a real player, or sell them on down the line if don't. I suspect we will see more of this type of signings

I like him a lot but would expect he'd cost a fortune. He's HG at Villa as well

Away goals a thing here?

James Maddison (now playing for Tottenham Hotspur)

Will be interesting to see if he ends up here or elsewhere in the summer. He would add some much needed creativity and goals to our side. That Leicester side is a complete shambles, and I feel confident Eddie would have him motivated and firing if he comes here. -

Some world class disaster scenarios being laid out on this forum lately. I think it must be PTSD from previous years gone by, because the evidence points in another direction. We don't really need to even look at what other teams can do. It's very much in our own hands. We'll give everyone a good game right now. Arsenal won't be looking forward to Sunday. I can see us batter Leeds next week. Then we have Brighton at home which will be a tough game admittedly, but see Arsenal. It can be done and dusted after Brighton no matter what Liverpool and Brighton do in other games, and after that we have Leicester who has had a poor season and then Chelsea in free fall. I'm relishing our games now. We are brilliant most of the time, and we have proven several times lately that even if we concede first, we overwhelm teams and batter them into submission. Look what happened in the last three games, so really there is no reason to be nervous. Now, if it comes down to the final game vs Chelsea it will be a different story, but I'm confident we secure top 4 before that.

You can see that he is desperate to impress, and I think that hurts his decision making. I think we can see the potential is there, and he will come good. Next season he will have had some time to gel and a full preseason, and he will have much improved performances. He is just 22 as well!

He’s there mate

A chance for redemption

Five teams can qualify to Champion's League if Man Utd finish outside the top 4 and win the Europa League, so 4th is safe to qualify as long as Chelsea does not win the Champion's League. Source: https://www.premierleague.com/european-qualification-explained

I think we've done very good business this window. Not sure what people expected. We've gotten rid of fringe players on bloated wages and brought in a couple of talented homegrown youngsters to freshen things up. I'm sure we have several plans in place for the summer, depending on if we're in europe or not for next season.

Spoke well in the interview, and sensible to have a young similar type of player to Trippier who can learn from him and improve under our coaching team. Looking forward to seeing what he can do here

He was on the bench for the first leg

Good luck to the lad. Seems like a great character, just hasnt really been good enough for us. Hope he finds some good form again. Now where is the replacement?
