  1. Funnily a Mackem lad I did my physio degree with and who used to coach kids football got so sick of this kind of thing at the stadium of light he basically stopped going
  2. His crossing was a lot better today and he ā€œseemsā€ like he’s heading in the right direction. He does do some odd things though, loose passes and strange decisions. He definitely looks like he’s trying a bit too hard and trying to get over a confidence issue and I just don’t get people who’d sit and berate him in the ground. He could really do with a goal though to help him along. I’m still confident we’ll see a much better player second half of the season but I agree with a comment able that I’m not sure he’s our answer on the RW moving forwards. I see him as another option with a new RW coming in and maybe Murphy being moved on. Expensive squad player addition if that’s the case though.
  3. There’s an unfortunate number if massively entitled reactionary fans now. That’s probably the case for lots of clubs to be fair too though.
  4. It does seem sadly one of those situations where a player gets a bad injury and then multiple injuries follow which affects his game and consistency. Frustrating.
  5. Well summed up. Felt like today we were crying out for another striking option which is thankfully on its way.
  6. Continually throw away leads, not good enough. We also don’t put teams away when we’re on top, need to be more ruthless. I thought we were pretty poor at times tonight, Miley looked pretty meek away, needs to do better with his chances, quite a few players looked flat, Murphy poor too. But we simply aren’t learning to put teams away like, so fucking annoying.
  7. Tonight shows how much we need another striking option, big Wolt looks knackered
  8. These are shite like, got to put them away. Gordon, Elanga, Bruno in second half
  9. Final ball been poor today, should easily be 1-0 up. Look a bit leggy in midfield. Want to see Miley grab the game.
  10. Players like Kudus mean they’ll always carry a threat but our midfield should over power theirs and we look up for it at the moment with the likes of Barnes and Woltemade scoring.
  11. I watched his YouTube highlights, what a great type of player to bring into the mix.
  12. I think he’ll go very strong v spurs and rotate more for Burnley
  13. Agreed, 15-20 mins v Burnley. His pace when off the bench for a bit will give the attack and team a tactical boost.
  14. They are looking pretty brittle even if they are better away from home. An early goal or two and they’ll fold.
  15. Just seen his finish, it was decent instinctive finish. His form and Liverpool’s overall form and set up has a long way to go to justify the transfer fee though. There’s issues all over the pitch.
