Agreed. We didn’t completely fold like a pack of cards. I’ll say it again the squad is stale as fuck, it desperately needs upgrading with some new talent, depth and options.

Yeah he’s vital for any chance in the cup and CL qualification. If he’s fit we have a chance in the final and I’d go as far to say I’m quite confident we’ll get top 5 looking at the remaining games.

Let’s hope it isn’t a bad one otherwise it could derail the season. Fingers crossed it’s mild and precautionary

We were poor tonight but Wilson missed a good chance and I’m sorry but you just can’t look past the fa t we haven’t signed anyone of note for 3 bloody windows. Squad is stale as fuck. Look at the players Liverpool have starting and coming off the bench.

Predictable loss, we dont have the squad depth or quality or the mental fortitude to really have a go at them at Anfield. Squad needs major major improvements.

A slight groin issue can mean if he plays tonight he definitely misses the final! Calm down people.

You don’t know that and you don’t know how severe it is.

Isak missing is obviously a real worry for the final but you can have a minor issue which means missing one game and still being ready in 3 weeks. I wouldn’t panic yet.

The other teams around us have tricky matches midweek so even a loss to Liverpool might not see us lose ground this week. The West Ham fixture is a funny one because it’s very winnable but the players WILL have an eye on the final. Players will be vying for a starting spot tho so it might ironically raise levels. I don’t think our run in including West Ham is too bad really and if we avoid any serious injuries I think we can get top four or 5. Chelsea are faltering badly, Villa will still have to balance CL. Forest have a tough run of games coming up. What will be interesting is to see where the players are at post cup final win or lose.

Yeah that second half was mental

I don’t think they were that good second half, we were just absolutely hopeless constantly handing them the ball and initiative. All we had to do was keep the ball ffs and take the sting out of the game.

Yeah it’s very odd and the fact it continues when it’s obvious it needs changing is strange. I do think much of it was us just being sloppy in possession though and inviting pressure. The number of loose passes being picked up by Forest. We are so so poor in possession at times.

I do as well . Bruno is a very good player but I think he’s been found out a bit. If yuu crowd him and press him he gives the ball away a lot.
