Spot on. I spoke to my brother in London yesterday, he usually pays more attention to what’s going on in spite of everything. He’s completely switched off now, zero interest like me. Agreed this is the thing which winds me up currently. Before it was the constant comparisons with Rafa and while you still get a little bit of that it’s the constant inferences that fans are and will always make his life difficult. Under Ashley we don’t aspire to achieve anything as a sporting institution. What a completely pointless existence. It’s not even about winning things for me (as nice as that’d be) it’s about forward progression and a sense the club is striving to do all it can. On here face of it it does seem mad to ban BeIn from SA thereby eliminating legal viewing of the PL in the country. I’ve lost track of all the details though.
