  1. I loved him too but you can absolutely see why we sold him when they clearly had an idea of how good Gordon could be and the role he could do. If they can upgraded RW next summer we’re really in business.
  2. Yeah I think we’ll be fine for Everton, plenty of time to rest and recover. The issue is how we manage this and then Spurs away on the Sunday.
  3. What’s that, 6 goals now? ASM a distant memory now.
  4. Yeah his recovery speed is awesome and he’s a genuine attacking threat. Even if it’s not his main position he works so well attacking with Gordon down the left.

Will be a massive loss but Dubrabka is a solid back up and I think we can manage relatively well while he’s out. Defence will still be solid.
  6. They’re shite it’s just annoying that we didn’t turn up in the cup against this lot and they’d had form had favoured them while ours had dipped. What exactly is ETH trying to do tactically? They look so disjointed.
  7. It’s worked alright though hasn’t it so I don’t see the issue? Like other players he was probably just being eased in
  8. His fitness looks to be coming in again too now

Ive treated plenty at work. If there’s no complex labral tear, fracture or complex cuff tear (highly unlikely) he might not be missing too long. ?

    100% dislocation seeing it again
  11. Has to be. Shuts down the best players one on one, amazing recovery pace and attacks well giving us a totally different dimension in attack) even on his wrong fucking side ?)

I’ve done mine, doesn’t always mean surgery, had to have mine put back in in hospital. Sometimes they sublux but don’t fully dislocate. Rugby players often get back relatively quickly. He’ll be out for a good few weeks either way though.

Too early to say, let’s wait and see what the diagnosis is
  14. Yeah I thought they might spawn a result to. Imagine us brining on Barnes, Willock, Wilson, Anderson at 65-70 mins in this match, would’ve been destruction
  15. We’re better than them, my only fear is not sticking away our chances and then making some changes and using the bench to hit us on the break. 45-65 mins key to go at them hard. Miley is class, love Miggy but tonight is an example of where we can improve the first 11 moving forwards.
  16. I don’t think we’re close enough to city for them to worry about him joining us but let’s see. The transfer makes sense for both parties but nufc are great at keeping their cards close to their chest so they may have someone else lined up.
  17. At James will be bouncing, proper raucous atmosphere. I bank our midfield and physicality with the crowd behind us to overpower them but we’ll have to be careful with them on the break. Onana need to be put under major pressure.
  18. Short term we need the midfield reinforcing, longer term I think having a more designated 6 gives us more options (Bruno having more influence further forward for example). I don’t think he’d cost a fortune if we did decide to make it permanent and he’s hardly old at 27. If we bring in someone younger and more talented then fine but the bonus with Phillips is he’s premier league ready so less risk (though has had a few injuries). I have faith in whatever the club does really but I think he’d be a great signing.
  19. Their keeper is shite let’s be honest and that defence is leaky as fuck. That being said they’ve got some dangerous players particularly on the break. Shame we’ll still lack options from the bench but I really fancy us at home against these. I think our midfield has theirs like. Crowd will be well up for this too.
  20. Hes outrageous, surely a nailed on starter from now on even when Burn comes back (Burn will still be extremely important in games at LB and CB when needed)
  21. Yes if Botman ends up needing surgery and I imagine they’ll know next month if he can’t come back following conservative management they’re going to have to look at CB. Midfield definitely key as you say though. I would also imagine they’ll keep an eye out for a ‘’forward’ who can play RW and up front.
