I might be one of the few but i think Simpson has done nothing but improve since he signed for us. I don't think he is outstanding, but certainly still worthy of a starting berth in our side and wouldn't be looking at any replacements for him but more push on with getting him tied down with a new deal. I think he gets unfair criticism the majority of the time because he is an easy target.

At PSG, the two other strikers are Gameiro and Hoarau. Gameiro is first choice, and Hoarau is totally out of form. Do you know the situation at the club? They just hired Ancelotti and are most likely gonna win the league. Erdinç loves the club, has his family in France and wants to be a part of the team. The fact they tried to sell him in the summer and are trying to sell him again tells you that they don't want him. Regardless of his love for the club, if he loved playing football he would move elsewhere, be that another team in France or abroad regardless. I personally wouldn't be going back in for him, if he didn't want to play for this club in the summer, his heart isn't going to be totally in it 6 months later.

Not sure, think they released Villa 6-0, but for the first game back in the prem and that hammering, think it was justified, then i actually bough 5-1 against mackems for good viewing. However i think this 3-0 DVD is absolutely ludicrous lol a poor Man Utd side that were truely awful, not a chance after chance and goals galore game just a very very sweet victory that has been a long time coming over Man Utd. When you consider the amount of criticism he received in his debut season from Newcastle fans and pundits alike to the amount of praise he gets now it's remarkable. Without a doubt the best centre back we have had in recent times! If we had 10 Colo's and Tim Krul, we would win the league!

Totally agree. I wouldn't go as far to say Tiote is wasted in them games but Guthrie offers more in terms vision and creativity which you need against the lesser sides. Although i don't think Guthrie is anything special by any means but the form he's showed this season has been superb for me.
