We’re the best side in pot 4 I’d say. Pot 3 were better than more than half the sides. It’s pot 2 and pot 1 where the majority are better than us generally -

One of the great own goals -
Everton decided to try and lose a record number of games this season?
-
Should buy this Saibari lad for the right / playmaker role

Rangers have been awful -
My guess based almost entirely on my own speculation is that he’s clearly a very good player but something about his attitude or his willingness to play in Pep’s style means that he either doesn’t value him as highly as his showings would suggest or that he’s trying to provoke a response from Palmer to see whether he’s got it in him to be a long-term player there
-
This is absolutely absurd
-
Can’t see him turning into a whiny turd, just seems like a great character. Disgusting that he’s ended up at spurs
-
I saw Gordon have a bunch of good games on the right for Everton, I actually think that suggestion has a lot of potential
-
That is a massive shame for Hayden, less so for us but hopefully there’s another club interested. Sheff Utd or championship, im sure he’ll still be off
-
What’s gan on here? Hope some people take a breather at times this season and don’t see everything as absolutes
-
Ticketing has been a debacle like, the fact that there are even a handful of empty seats is a massive failure, not even accounting for the fact it’s clearly a pretty sizeable amount
-
While I agree with anyone calling out people who are being critical of Howe generally, I think in-game specifics are obviously fine to highlight. I think Howe himself would set us up differently against ten men if we were to replay the game as we did get complacent. Is Howe an amazing manager, yes, has he improved every player in the squad, yes. Will we win something with him if he’s here in two years, yes. Kaka, I think you have too much of a tendency to generalise, “you lot” doesn’t really capture the fact that most of us on here have the same opinion that he’s amazing
-
Unfortunate for the lad and Brighton but good news for us for the match
-
We got a Paraguay-off in this one? Haven’t seen Brighton play yet but I imagine Enciso is still starting?
-
I criticised Bruno towards the end of last season, not calling him as a player into question but questioned whether his ankle was affecting him. This season, or at least these last two games I think he’s been quality, save for that pass. He’s always tried those sorts of passes here and been close to getting into trouble in dangerous areas. He’s our most creative midfielder, he’s the best at shielding the ball. When he has his next MotM game, he’ll go on a run for a while
-
I remember that, things can change very quickly with kids’ health if it was to do with that. I got the impression that the situation improved even though I don’t remember reading anything. He just went from adamant about wanting to go to it not being brought up again, so I just thought the situation must have changed
-
Good stuff, doesn’t really make much difference to us now other than wages but I hope he has a good season and can cement himself as a player for them
-
Get him on a plane to Turkey
-
Delighted for the lad, impressive that he doesn’t have too much pride. I know he’s got the confidence to play for England but he obviously looked at it and thought, I’m not going to be able to fight my way in there until I’m a regular for my club. Shame for England but I think he’ll be great for Scotland and it’ll be nice to have a reason to support Scotland in internationals
