No doubt this is a naive outlook or will be perceived to be but with the big TV windfall money coming in at the end of the season, I imagine we will look to be active then. A lot of PL clubs have spent money they don't have in anticipation of that (there's been unprecedented spending in the smaller sides) Tv money. When some inevitably get relegated or don't do that well, they will potentially need to sell players cheap or certainly won't be able to spend big in the transfer market. I could see us doing some very good business in the summer. I'm not excusing the lack of spending in this window, or saying it was what I wanted but I hope there's some truth in what I've written. Aside from that, I can't wait for 11pm
-
And likely could be again soon if they continue to spend like that

can you not spell? Erm, wow.

Anyone who posts this twittery s*** in any thread bar 'bullshit', needs a good banning. /kicking. I think there should be a two strike rule. You post two complete bullshit tweets and then you get a two week ban.

Please stop. This is for most people who update twitter comments on here that are complete shit

They've had the best window out of everyone, considering where they were. All credit to Jol Al Fayed If you like, Jol knows how to spend. Al Fayed knows how to give

You know it's a load of shit when Skirge is ripping twitter
-
Well, it's just a hashtag rather than a bbc account so I'd say it's another piece of shit twitter update
-
My comment about it being awful was referring to Ryan's face in that pose, coupled with the line. Not the photoshop job.

I thought it as soon as I saw him linked with them last summer, typical one-season wonder. He'll have decent seasons in the future but Liverpool+Dalglish+money = comedy of the highest order
-
Can't believe I liked him when he was here. What a giant dong
-
Maybe in three years time or more. Felt really sorry for him at the Euros. He's obviously got some pace and likes to attack but he got turned inside out again and again
-
Not sure if giggs or you don't say. think it's time you photoshopped them togethr
-
Nice point

We don't overpay on anyone. We also don't bring in shit players so no, I don't think that'll happen
-
Sources? Is this the Sunderland ITK on twitter. Fuck off with this shit man, can't stand people writing complete rubbish as potential fact
-
I still think they'll struggle to get a CL spot this season
-
Fuck him going to Wigan, would really like him here
-
There's no point in arguing with logic, wait for the table to speak for itself. We're going to have a good season
-
With Shola's fitness he could end up with 20 games this season Good, I personally think there'll be little pressure on him and expect him to play with the kind of attitude that most players lose after twenty. Looking forward to seeing more of him in the cups I doubt he will get many chances to be honest, but I'd like to see more of him at this age. In the past it always felt like the progress of local kids like Brayson and Chopras suffered as there was a fairly big queue in front of them and we wouldn't risk it. Absolutely, neesy posted somewhere else that if we played him a lot, it'd be bad for him. The main problem with NUFC for years is not playing youth enough (maybe they've been mostly shit but this lad looks like he has something). He should be getting as much experience as his body can handle

I love Bastos, Fulham will be interesting to watch this season. Jol is a transfer demon
