"Why the Newcastle United blueprint should be under the microscope, not Alan Pardew's position" http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/sport/10396949.Why_the_Newcastle_United_blueprint_should_be_under_the_microscope__not_Alan_Pardew_s_position/ Sick of seeing bullshit like this in the media. Also sick of seeing some fans lap it up.

First Carroll, now Spearing. Looks like Pardew will be given more of a role in transfer activity in the summer. If we stay up,maybe they'll have us 'attacking the top 10'.
-
Girard to replace Wenger if he goes to PSG maybe?
-
Think he's quite likely to leave even if we stay up, especially if Pardew remains in charge.

Wonder why Dortmund are in for him instead of Darren Bent.
-
Lets leave Ryder in no doubt as to where we stand. He has a job to represent the fans irrespective of his clueless opinions.
-
Even putting a caretaker in charge is at least doing something different - as it stands, the chance of getting another point is almost nil. The players clearly resent the manager and the most important thing we can do is kick him out ASAP. . Either he goes in the next 48 hours, or we go down.
-
Why the inclusion of Beardsley? He's not in our coaching setup at the moment and by most accounts got our reserves playing decent football.

As I said in the Pardew thread, I'm still hoping he'll be gone by tuesday morning. That's blind hope more than anything, because in reality Ashley is so unpredictable none of us can really know what comes next. This decision is certainly a litmus test for his ownership- as it stands we are going down imo, and Ashley will prove himself to be incompetent rather than (or as well as) unambitious if he doesn't take corrective action now.
-
Against my better judgement, I'm still holding out hope he'll be gone by tuesday morning.

Box to box midfielder. Pardew doesn't have a clue how to best utilise him.
-
Loved it when Debuchy squared up to that cocky t***. Was disappointed with the lack of reaction from the crowd. Hopefully the idea that Ashley cares little about whats the fans think/do is correct, but he makes the right decision as a businessmen and as owner of the club anyway, even if only as a result of financial motivation.
-
Spot on. Really no point trying to apportion blame and single out individuals at this point.
-
Hope you're looking forward to Danny Simpson next week. Yeah can't wait... Ok s*** was probably a bit strong, but he's not been good IMO . Best of our january signings by some distance. Difficult for anybody to look great in our side right now.

Hope you're looking forward to Danny Simpson next week.

Cheap players? yes but very good players and not paying over the odds means we have a future financially to keep us going. This is his marker now, he needs to have the balls to sack Pardew (his mate) and bring in someone decent. Yeah. Whether or not Pardew is sacked now is more a test of his competence than his ambition.
-
Rash, stupid tackle for the sending off - clearly p*ssed off like the rest of us. Thought he was one of a very small few to emerge with any credit, otherwise.

Wolves going down by the looks of things. Should never have got rid of Solbakken to employ Dean Saunders.
