Really hope we aren't in for Gibson- especially not at 5m. Wouldn't rate him any higher than Guthrie.

Can't really see where he'd fit in with HBA earmarked for the number 10 role. An on form Ireland would probably suit the playing style we seem to be going for next season,though.

Think Douglas said a few weeks ago that we weren't in for Ba because of concerns about his injury. He's proven to be one of the more reliable sources on twitter, but I wouldn't take his word on Nzogbia as gospel.

Ba and Gameiro are very different types of players. Would like to think we have someone else lined up as a backup to Gameiro, with Ba coming in as another option upfront.
