What is this Big Sam's "make a sub after 25 mins" thing? Twice in a row already.
-
It is a strong rumour btw. Some bookies are not even taking bets anymore. Announcement will be made this week so it looks likely.
-
Lots of bookies have slashed the odds for Bielsa to be next Swansea manager. Would be great appointment for them and for Premier League.

How is Hradecky playing? Frankfurt GK and our NT's only hope
-
Elliot with 2 decent saves. Shame our captain can't be bothered to defend.
-
They won't stay up now no matter what. Just too much behind already. They would need about 30 points at least from remaining games. How the hell they gonna manage that?
-
A bit like Portsmouth at home then? When Sam took Cacapa off after 15 mins?
-
Very off topic, but ofc you can. If your game plan is to eliminate the opponents "fret" and keep them passing around your defensive shape. Sunderland controlled the game against Palace with a very pragmatic game plan that involved about 10% possession. They were playing for 0-0 and got a lucky winner. On the topic, I think McClaren is changing the tactic a bit. We probably will play very direct and launch it quickly towards Cisse. Spurs' defence is damn good though so can't see Cisse doing much. We are not keeping the ball as much anymore.

Still a lot to improve tho. Tactically he makes weird decisions and runs sometimes. Scores a lot yes and is a beast of a man.

Lamela has been at Spurs for 2 and a half seasons, cost them £30m, and has done next to nowt. Has been good this season tho.. Slowly but surely He's not even close to look like a £30m player. I didn't say that. Although Spurs paid a lot for a promising player and hoped he would be star. 15-20 million player maybe.

The problem is that our midfielders are not very good at winning the ball back (well maybe Tiote) and are giving the ball away a lot. On Sunday we played so direct and even Blob played it long every time. One Cabaye-class midfielder would make a huge difference
-
He actually plays very central if you look his heat map. It's almost a no 10 position. Just drops left side to defend. Sissoko plays a lot wider on the other side.
-
This 4-2-2-2 will be a big problem against Spurs, they have really attacking full backs so it asks a lot from Sissoko and Wijnaldum.
-
Helped him we really didnt try to pass it around that much, played it forward quickly
-
Massive win this with Bournemouth also winning, hopefully Villa, Nowich and Mackems or Bournemouth go down.
-
this 4-2-2-2 is pretty damn hard to make it work. Asks a lot from Dummett, who, frankly, is shit.
-
He'll have loads better offers. Obviously, but he is just what we need at the moment IMO. No he sure isn't. With his tactics and training we would have 40 players injured come Jan. Need a new coach but not Moyes please.
-
5 at the back could have made sense. Palace is all about the wing play, and Fat Sam nullified it perfectly on Monday. Of course Colo woud have lost some header to Wickham which would have cost us the game anyway.
-
Wijnaldum is good player, so is Mitro. Thing is our coaching is godawful
-
My god that Sunderland team is negative. 5-3-2? 5-4-1? So bad.
-
Thought Toivonen was very similar to Nolan. Is Nolan just a bit better?
-
2 clean sheets in a row for Blob? WOW!
-
McClaren changed to 4-5-1 when he took Mitro off and that has worked a bit. They are tiring and only getting space down the flanks. Still plenty of time to score
