Bollocks. Should have just let it stand as they deserved it.

He’s a walking red card, mind. Not arsed if he plays. He is quality, but he’s a total clown show and rash as fuck. Just send Bruno in to wind him up. Just no punching this time

Ooft. Feel sorry for matey there. Not so much Romero. They’ve hit self-destruct since that offside goal from Son. Proper wheels off all of a sudden from Spurs. They looked unplayable for 15-20 minutes. This game has been absolute carnage and I’m here for it.

I think we are going to run out of steam a bit, because of all the injuries and our main signing basically missing the whole season. But when you look at the results and performances, it has been pretty positive so far in regards to a top 4 finish. In the league, it is only really the Brighton game where we were miles off the pace and deserved to lose. Open it up to the cups and you can include Milan, as well. The capitulation against Liverpool still stings a bit, as we'd be right in amongst all the top 4-5 already. Wolves and West Ham were not great in regards to being ahead and conceding late. But we didn't deserve the win at Wolves and we were arguably lucky with goals in both of those games. Basically every game we have been in, we have either been miles clear of the opposition and deserved the win, or we've at least been competing and a draw has probably been the fair result overall. Even City away where we created fuck all. They never looked like blowing us away like they usually have over the years and like they do to so many From memory, Foden was the difference maker on the night and we still had a chance of getting something at the end. I know most clubs will look at games with rose tinted specs on and will hark back to dropped points. But going back through our results, I can't see many games where we were massively fortunate to get a result or didn't deserve something from the game. We always seem to compete under Howe and that's all you can ask for at this stage, really.

He's done it to me again. I often think he is a bit below par, a poor game by his standards, even. Then I watch his highlight reel back and realise he has just set the bar really high and is still so integral to basically everything we do on the ball. I think everyone was just rightly focused in on him being a mad bastad and the yellow/red card challenges. That it's been forgotten that he quietly (outside of the mayhem he caused) had a very decent game.

I'm not sure they will, but with them being at home and beating us last time. You'd like to think so. I know we are some way off Bayern and they scored early. But Bayern could have scored another 4 easily enough on Saturday and Dortmund looked all over the place for the goals based on the 5 mins highlights on Sky.

I think Wilson will start. But I would be tempted to start Willock and have Gordon up top again. Wilson really struggled to offer anything in open play last time against these and was the same against Arsenal. He would certainly be a great option off the bench for the second half. I also think Willock's legs on the counter would be ideal here, the same as Gordon's, along with his movement. Assuming the only change from the off will be Tino in for Burn and Trippier over to left back.

From watching on TV, Havertz got the fans raging and made the atmosphere better for us and in turn, worse for them. Was it Xhaka last year that did similar at Anfield? Brain dead decision making. Been said numerous times. But if we’re not winning and it’s a tight, but uneventful game. We are awful at getting an atmosphere going. Most fans will be similar, I’m sure. A bit of injustice, some aggro or when we are under the cosh against a good side. All seem to result in us getting behind the team when we’re otherwise not scoring or creating chances.

They were always the most sensitive to ‘bad’ tackles over the years. They’ve had some shocking injuries to Ramsey and Eduardo that understandably made them more focused on dangerous challenges. Wenger was always one to speak out about it. Not seen much mention of this. Or if they have, it’s to say that it was only a yellow. Mugs.
-
He clips him. It is quite obvious. If Longstaff’s leg was two inches further forward. That’s potentially a serious injury.
-
Everyone said last year the cracks appeared far too early for him/them to last in a title race. Had a similar meltdown after our 0-0. It was the first week of January FFS
-
Fucking hell they moan on. I mean, Bruno is an idiot. One is a red, could/should have been booked for the other two. The one he got booked for I didn’t even think was a foul, ironically Vieira went down holding his face, like one of their players did in the first half when he was touched on the chest. Bunch of absolute fannies. This is glorious

The conspiracy theories from the Arsenal fans would make Le Tissier and Alex Jones blush. Mental fanbase. Arteta has turned them into absolute lunatics/cunts.
-
Wenger and SAF did this for years. Somehow didn’t come across quite so cuntish about it, though. SAF almost became a parody. Wenger the same with his “I didn’t see it” catchphrase
-
100%. I’ve been saying this to a few mates for a while. They seem to invent scenarios in their head. Then use them to score points in these imaginary skirmishes Constant “if that was us, it would be disallowed, a red, a foul etc etc.” Got into it with some of their fans after our 0-0 last year. Saying we should be embarrassed for the time wasting and how we set up. Like we should play the same brand of football as them for some reason. We tried to match them for 20 minutes, they battered us, so we changed tact. How dare teams play with different styles and tactics to try and get a result. Arteta is like a kid with ADHD that has been given a 2L bottle of Happy Shopper pop every week. Then a stroppy Karen post-match when he doesn’t get his own way. Pure cunt of a bloke. Can’t stand him and his XS Ryderwear leggings. Their fanbase has started mirroring him with the way they carry on.
-
Shame it was John that got shot and not Steven.
-
Also the ‘feed the scousers’ chant there. The song is pure but the irony of people from Luton singing that. Staggering lack of self-awareness. Have they not looked out their windows lately? Biggest shithole in the country
-
The Luton number 11 has been a disgrace since he’s come on. He looks absolutely fucked and like he’s not trying. He didn’t help at all in the build up to that goal, either.
-
Surely not?!
-
The only thing they can complain about is Bruno not getting sent off. But then by that token, surely Havertz should have walked before any of that drama happened? Cry babies. Just like their cunt of a manager.
-
I’m the opposite. I loved them growing up and loads of my family support them. So was always pleased for them up to a point. Now, I can’t stand their manager and their fans have become unbearable since Arteta took over. Can’t say I mind most of their players. Decent to watch and not loads of bad eggs. Havertz is an absolute rat, of course.
-
Gutted for the lad. Offers us something different with his pace and directness. One of our only players who tries the early ball/cross from wide and all. Throwback to a more traditional winger. Leaves us really light in the wide areas, too. Which in turn, makes our midfield lighter. As one of the Joes will have to cover out wide at some point in the next few weeks/months.
-
Man mountain. Imagine going in for a 50-50 or a header against him. I think I’d feel like he had violated me
-
He was everywhere. What a bloke.
-
Absolute lunatic. On the one hand I’m gutted he is banned. On the other, I’m glad he didn’t get sent off on 2-3 separate occasions He really needs to keep his hands to himself and stop potato punching/forearm smashing people in the back
