For me we definitely need a LB and an upgraded RW. If everyone if fit and available the Midfield is fine for next season. After that a younger RCB and then a Striker are the next 2 on the list. I've seen 4-2-3-1 mentioned and I'd love to see it tried, but not sure how well it would work in practice. Pope* Tino New CB Schar New LB Tonali Bruno Isak/Willock Gordon Isak/New CF Barnes *Schar is LCB because Botman won't make 1st few months of the season As we likely won't see a new formation I think we'll see something like this once Tonali finishes his ban Pope* Tino. New CB Schar Hall Tonali Bruno Willock Gordon Isak Joelinton *I think we'll make at least 4 1st team signings, but they won't all be straight in

Lewis Hall is the best Left Back we have
-
Genuinely, one of the worse halves of officiating I've seen in a while.
-
With City getting pretty every decision and creating basically nothing clear cut, 2 stupidly lucky goal. I've also never seen City go long this many times from GK because we have 6 players pressing from every GK.
-
The more I watch Wolves, the more I think Ait Nouri would be a great addition
-
Imagine if we actually created him a few chances as game.
-
Can't even be bothered to find his thread, Burn is a terrible Left Back. I can't see how or why he's still starting every game. So many goals come from our left.
-
If we're signing another wide player, they need to be left footed imo. Out of everyone that you wouldn't mind seeing play wide for us, Miggy is the only left footed player. Its all about balance.

That a typo on my part, was meant to say it wasn't lucky for the 2nd goal
-
1st 1 slightly, but they did hat we have done too often recently got caught on the break and didn't track, we earnt that luck. 2nd wasn't lucky really, Murphy put in a perfect ball really that caused confusion and Gordon followed it up and benefited, good play all round on out part.

Arsenal is an anomaly, because they'd both be number 1 keepers for 90% of the league. I don't feel Liverpool and City are clear cut, as I've seen both of those keepers make pretty basic mistakes while having to be less involved as Dubs is. That said I'd take a gamble on the Liverpool one.

Totally agree, that is the ideal scenario. Hopefully the club can find someone that fits the bill, although I feel it could be hard because I'm sure we only manage to get Tino because of the big injury and no-one wanting to take the risk with that amount of money. Turns out it was an excellent gamble.

We all knew he was decent, and he's being exactly that again now. Stuck to his line too much, but you'll struggle to find a better number 2 in the league tbf to him.
-
I wanted a young RCB upgrade, im now not sure that's even possible. We do need someone as cover to give him a rest now and again though
-
His 1st touch is always so intelligent. If there's a bit of space to push the ball into he will do exactly that no matter how much pressue he is under. So laid back, he's class!!
-
His running power adds so much, but then he also has the footballing ability and IQ that some many have that have graduated from the Arsenal academy have. 25mil seems a snip for him really
-
been critical of his subs for a while (even before the injuries got ridiculous), but he got them spot on today.
-
Thought he was pretty poor again, and if Sarabia went down after a similar kind of desperate grab that he did against Luton, he would have given away a pen
-
I've missed a straight forward win, with a clean sheet and being left with that "we're a very good team" feeling
-
Tinnnnooooo you beautiful bastard!
-
what a difference it makes having subs with quality, that arent just coming back injury.
-
Miley looking lively since coming on, would be good to see him Bruno and Willock at some point
