Noah Okafor would be right up our alley if we are looking for/can afford a Wilson replacement. Always a place for not-great players in a squad with worldies elevating everyone. Leicester won the league with Danny Simpson and Danny Drinkwater alongside Mahrez and Kante.

It's good to have a player who is (somewhat) comfortably two-footed on the wing. Right now we have Gordon cutting in on the left flank; and then Murphy playing a proper outside right, but as seen yesterday, still has the ability to cut in and get a shot off with his left foot if circumstances permit. This sort of unpredictability makes it so hard to defend against, unlike an Almiron, who you know will always cut in. Even Mbuemo will cut in if given the chance, although he's objectively a much sharper player than Miggy. Fair play to the coaching staff for teaching Murph to add more dimensionality to his attacking play. He seems so much more confident nowadays. Really struggling to see who we could reasonably buy who'd be an obvious improvement.

Part of me is feeling like if we brought a new RW now to replace Murphy, it'd just be a Tino Asprilla upsetting the squad balance situation all over again.
