If we want a traditional centre forward I'd still take Ba over Carroll for that role, less trouble and mentally stronger, and a better footballer. Can't see the need for 2 of that type, I want a striker who can play in a front 3 now.

hmmm £5m may be too high for him but think mixture of experience and workrate from him can be invaluable in a team not known for quite working as a team. Can see why they got him and think he may well do pretty well for them.

I'd be honoured to see Tiote playing for a team like Spurs

Milan have certainly declined in Europe of late, age and lack of pace is much more prominent, though they still had enough to get past Arsenal last season, but they certainly don't look great. Inter are worse but their decline has been steeper, finances are in a state. Think Juventus play a better game though and Udinese and Napoli are still rising stars I think. (may have misremembered who got into champions league however) The guardian are running it in their roundup of rumours though, it's basically all the crap stories in one place, one is sometimes true.

I'm not saying we shouldn't get more coverage but we're seen as anomaly by the media atm. If Ben Arfa played in the s*** Liverpool team and did half as much as he does for us he'd get twice the column inches. I don't necessarily think there's any specific lack of coverage of us, it's more some clubs get ridiculous amounts.
