I am undecided whether this would be a good appointment or not.... obviously from a nufc perspective i hope he fails bad.
-
I hope he doesnt go and i dont think he will but if we were to get Luuk De Jong in as his replacement id be content.
-
I will watch it but not without a few pints
-
Better players like Henderson, Adam, Spearing, Downing? I think Bimpy is assuming that Liverpool's better finance will give him the opportunity to revamp the squad....
-
Anyone reckon Sigurdsson wont put pen to paper now ( if Rodgers to Liverpool is true) and join him at Liverpool?
-
They will get 2m and like it.

Luckily front line is one of the things we dont have to worry about

Romain Amalfitano joins Dijon permanently for an undisclosed fee

Douglas hyping up Amalfitano again Mark Douglas @MsiDouglas Another contact waxing lyrical abt what a fine signing Amalfitano is. 'Terrific passer of the ball, great football brain'. Encouraging #nufc Hope its true mind -
Debuchy, Douglas, Barnetta and Diame. ( i dont rate him extremely highly but i cant think of a better midfielder on a free of the top of my head that would provide decent depth)

I thought you were foreign Well iam from London so i suppose you could say that
-
Especially when you consider they are on the brink of signing Kagawa i highly doubt they are on the look out for strikers.

Tbf those 64 goals that were created by someone else were probably created by Xavi or Iniesta Dont underestimate who assists the assist -
All true but like Ronaldo pointed out Cahill has a better partnership with Terry and Lescott plays the same position as Terry. I would personally play Lescott and Cahill from the names but Terry will play and i think Hodgson will pick Cahill alongside him because of the fact they play together for Chelsea. Dont think i agree with it but i reckon thats what he will do.
-
Link? thats a cracking signing if true.... Martinez-Schweignsteiger-Kroos is a cracking midfield tbh.
-
Dzeko is being signed as competition from what i understand as Gomez plays practically every game because he has no competition and Bayern want to be able to rotate.

Personally i don't like the players combined with the fact i haven't felt attached to the national team since Shearer retired means i just couldn't really give a toss. I feel that just because iam English don't mean i should have to support or care about a team which is feel of players i don't like professionally and personally. The whole not feeling attached to the team emotionally since Shearer retired is just second nature but its still a reason none the less. I would love to support them but i dont feel any reason to do so, its been the same since 2002 i just support NUFC players on international duty ( although a lot of the time the representation is scarce)

Would find Cavani more likely tbh.

Might be remembering it wrong but I think someone from West Ham said he was probably signing for Everton a a few days before he was shown on SSN at SJP. I seem to remember Ba being talked about joining us quite a while before he actually signed..... i remember this because someone from the media said when the season finished that Newcastle will sign Ba but thats it they wont spend no money and i remember this angering me quite alot But Everton where definitely in the running too your right about that.
-
Why? i genuinely get the feeling that Walcott is very underrated in this country he has probably been one of Arsenal's better players this season and has created RVP's goals this season and scored a fair share of his own. He actually has more assists and goals than practically every top wide player in the league. Where as Ox while he has talent has proved very little so far and majority of the games he plays in tries too much and decision making is not up to par and i dont feel he's mentally ready for this level yet. I would actually consider using the both of them considering the options but think i prefer Walcott to Ox atm who might not have the overall game that Ox has is definitely more effective and has better decision making and mentally mature ( obviously) than Ox. Do expect this to be a very controversial opinion though.

I am pretty sure Ba was talked about for weeks before hand as well? most of our transfers seem to come out of the blue but there are occasions where certain transfers are talked about in the media and by the fans weeks before hand. It doesn't necessarily mean because its talked about in the media before hand that it wont happen.
-
I agree with that, i do think he would be a good signing but i would'nt lose sleep over it if someone else signed him.
-
You want Cisse to play wide left? Cisse? please tell me your joking Cisse and Gamiero wouldnt compliment each other as they are very similar..... both are finishers, both are quick and slight both are CF's both have no place outwide.

I'd like to see Clichy in place of Evra as Evra is pretty damn awful lol but other than that yeah thats what i would do. Whether Blanc will do that or not is another matter. I could still see HBA getting dropped for Menez (or Giroud if Blanc wants to run a 4-4-2). It really wouldnt suprise me, i dont agree with it but it is what it is....
