    sunderland

That has to be some kind of record
  2. Had a quick SMB check to see the chicken trauma and spotted this premature little beauty: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showpost.php?p=13488118&postcount=803
  3. Just seen Villa are 4-1 down - wtf happened?
  4. Stoke a bit unlucky tbf - they've done OK second half.
  5. Good finish, but horrible mistake by Collins
  6. Hope so - he's getting dropped from my fantasy team if he doesn't get his act together soon
  7. I realise I'm probably covering old ground here but for me if a game is "must win" then there has to be really bad consequences of losing it: Villa away in the relegation season for instance... If we don't beat Norwich at home it'll be disappointing but we'll still be midtable with only 5 games played - not exactly time to start manning the lifeboats. Spurs didn't beat Norwich at home this season, doesn't mean their top 4 aspirations are over already.
  8. Aye, quite pleased with the point, could easily have won it - enjoyed seeing some of the fringe players in action, Bigi in particular looks a star in the making.
  9. Is it? What am I missing here? http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2012/Aug/sir-alex-ferguson-responds-to-capital-one-cup-draw-with-newcastle.aspx?

  11. Standard Shola and you might have something to worry about but this is European Shola, second only to mackem-slayer Shola in devastating effectiveness. If Sammy proves to have the same likeness as his brother for foreign destinations we could be onto something special...

from F365: * Sunderland's three goals this season have come from just five shots on target. * Steven Fletcher has scored with his three shots as a Sunderland player. * Sunderland have spent only 18% of their games in the opposition half this season. Seems Marty's party might be a little on the tedious side...
  13. Aye, would be nice for Norwich to get a win for Hughton.

    James Perch

Looked a bit shaky at right back, but he wasn't getting too much help from Marv. Much, much better in midfield, the defensive role suits him perfectly.
  15. Good lord I hope this lad is back soon Wonder if the constant injuries are one of the reasons we were seemingly so prepared to listen to (ridiculous) offers...
  16. Thought he could have done better for their second, fortunately for us Howard was even shitter for our first.
  17. I was actually expecting a defeat here until I saw their likely lineup - not too much to be scared of there, 2 very evenly matched teams I reckon. If we had Tiote and Colo I would fancy a win, but would settle for a draw with those 2 missing.
  18. Certainly wouldn't have been skinned by Craig sodding Gardner for the mackem goal
  19. is there no way it can be arranged so that both teams lose this match??
  20. Was the assist for the 6th not his?
  21. Giving Arsenal - Southampton a shot i reckon - the Arse are the only "Big 4" team that don't have several players I want to torture to death.
