Probably, as can't find the tweet - so if he plays on Saturday then know to treat that tweeter as a twat and ignore. Bastards.

OK, Just seen a tweet from someone saying that he's out for the rest of the season with an injury - any truth to this rumour ?

I believe that the FA asks each club in advance of releasing the fixtures if the club is 'happy' (by this they ask the club secretary) to a point of the who and when - then they are released the following week or so. As I remember that there was a guy at Man Utd - who was leaving under a cloud, and agreed the fixtures - then it transpires in the middle of January that the derby with city was to be at Old Trafford on the aniversary of the Munich crash. Many a person not happy with the timing, this was in 2008.

Well Milner isn't coming to us - though not sure if he ever was - but to confirm - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61704658

I know this will seem a stupid question, but here goes - With the cost of living rising, and all of the other financial issues people may be facing, would you pay 'top whack' for an original new shirt or don't mind and pay less for a fake / rip off ?

Chris Wood (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

Interesting to read this on the been website - re team reviews of the season - in Burnley's review - Player whose time is up: Wout Weghorst. Turns out he wasn't a superior Chris Wood after all. Hmm, and we think Woods is a square peg in a round hole. -
Do you have 2021/22 - so as to see what it thought of this season ? might be a total load of shite as a predictor.

Red card for those deliberate take outs when some ones running forward with the ball but there are other defenders getting back. Like that twat Bruyner did to Maxi at the Man City game last week.

Balls on the bath - who's going down?

I know there's a dedicated wood post, but just to say that at the time of signing we'd just lost Wilson and as we couldn't change the system easily they went out and bought a oval peg for a round hole. -

Eddie Howe - Cup Winning NUFC Manager
South-Cheshire-Toon replied to InspectorCoarse's topic in Football
On the whole managerial front I'm taking the view that trying to compare managers from one era to those of another is like trying to mix oil and water - it's a waste of time. The ethics of management up to a point, and the period 1992 - 1995 is where things started to change - were a whole lot different to those since. The 'old' style, was as people have stated, pick the best 11, go out there and play interesting football - doesn't matter about the result. But since the initial SKY era, things are now much more competitive, as in there is much more to loose, this being £'s and millions of them. There has been much more of a focus on style, as in how to the opposition play, and how can we 'beat them', hence all of the formation switching, player rotation etc etc. Yes, KK was a good manager, and Yes, Eddie is a good manager, but you can't compare the two - water and oil - as I see it. -
