Don't mind Tyldesley really, had to laugh when he got all excited about an attack on goal and it was actually a reply of the same one moments before Definitely watching it on BBC though.

But that's the thing, the PL are the ones making the takeover decision and abiding by their own rules that they set out. If they aren't 100% confident in their own decisions then that's a serious problem for them. The buyers are 100% confident that they've done everything by the book, yet the PL can't find a valid reason to reject it.

I'm confident, albeit it quietly. One of the main reasons is the PL trying their best to drag it out, even the legal matters. This indicates to me that its their only hope, if they had everything needed to lawfully stop it, then I think it would have been all over by now.

To be fair it did go quiet for a long while when everyone was trying to find out about arbitration. Either all this noise is now because it's just about done and dusted or something something not as positive.

It does seem strange considering she has previously said she can't say anything due to an NDA. Does she simply not give a shit anymore (which is a risk as she could be sued) or has she been given the all clear from lawyers to speak about it, in which case surely that would only be once an agreement has been reached?

The main issue is that any buyer would absolutely not buy the club in that scenario. It would be a huge gamble. PL would probably do fuck all tbh but would never ever happen.

I don't agree with "there doesn't seem to be anything deal breaking in the case" Nobody knows either way, and just because these statements have been released doesn't mean its because we have a weak case. Personally I believe we have the PL right where we want them (with strong evidence) and the club and buyers want everybody to see just how shitty the PL are and exactly what they've been up to, hence making it public.

It either suggests she is just confident and wants not just a takeover but to exposure a lack of integrity or she is only making bold claims because she feels she has nothing to lose. for me would be less positive for the takeover happening.
