Love that Rafa makes changes instantly when needed and even drops the Captain. None of this "give it 10 games before thinking about making 1 permanent change" that we've seen from previous managers. These lot all really need to start putting in MOTM performances as there is not one position in the team that is safe. Ritchie perhaps but everyone else is under threat.

Just a thought,maybe if he sorted his attitude out and showed a bit of willingness to play for us at the start of this season, he could have made a huge impact in the last 2 games and made any other Premier League clubs who were unsure about him,decide to sign him after seeing him play and seeing he is willing to help a team out even if he wants to move. As it stands,why would anyone want him? There's no I in team but there is certainly an I in Sissoko.

I've never been fond of managers that let you piss around all the time in training sessions. Bellamy describes it like an army drill but that's exactly how it should be imo. Fully professional and rafa makes sure everyone knows exactly what they need to do and who is boss.
