I assume this is the transfer that Pardew said was going to happen regardless of the Cabaye situation? I like the move, it's just hard to get excited now with Cabaye going..
If I were a manager I would always have at least one u-20 player on the bench every game. You can't use all the subs anyways so you may as will give someone the experience.

No, but he's usually up against much weaker competition. I think he's found out that the only way he can contribute in the league is by holding the ball up and diving. He should never have left Holland before the World Cup, it was the one place he could score.
Would hate to see that. I don't mind seeing older players going over there, but he has been only at Barca so why tarnish it with the MLS? Not many players these days can say that they have only played for one club, especially one like Barcelona.
