They've made a bid now according to AZ Hope he fails spectacularly if he goes. Club>country always. (he'd be smart to stay at AZ for this season anyways. The only way he could lose his starting WC spot is if he's hurt or goes somewhere and does terrible.. AZ is the only place that he's had some real success)

Agree with this. We never seem to have adequate depth here and now we are letting it go. That is fine if we get replacements in, my guess is that Vainqueur person that we've been linked with could be a cheap replacement, but I think I'd rather have Perch.

Nigel Reo-Coker for Whitecaps is my favorite. The Seattle - Vancouver game the other week was great. Reo-Coker, Kenny Miller, YP-Lee, Andy O'Brien, Martins, and Djimi Traoré all on the field. Quality. Sadly they were far more entertaining to watch than us last season. Any of these young MLS coaches would be a better option than Pardew or JFK tactically..

I feel like it's getting a little better everytime I watch. It seems like every team has some washed up ex-PL/championship player now which helps the unintentional comedy, I guess.. Aside from that, most teams seem to be building around youth which can only be a good thing.
