I just don't think Roys the right man in the long term and I'll put good money on him going after 2016. We want to play fluid passing football with the onus being on the front foot, that's great but that's not a Roy Hodgson team, it's not the type of teams Roy has built his whole career. We are now starting to get attacking technical players slowly but surely breaking through but not a manger or the coaches to boot. So I suppose the million pound question is which English managers have a track record of building fluid attacking teams?

I wouldn't want Shearer anywhere near the Managers job to be honest, he's a highly paid pundit paid to analyse the Premier league and yet can't name half the players in the Premier league . Imagine Shearer scouting and analysing foreign talent. He'd get destroyed tactically by any half decent manager and his ego and past bust ups suggest his man management skills will be akin to Roy Keane. He's is one of if not the best players to ever play for us but I don't think he's made for the management business and I think he knows that deep down.

Honestly think we will look back at Jagielka as one of the worst CBs to play for England on such a regular basis. Gerrard should be dropped now and should have been dropped a while ago has one good game every five and has done most his England career! I also don't think Hodgson is good enough to incorporate an attacking style into his teams that he would have you so readily believe, his teams are usually reasonably well organised but not very creative.
