We really miss the mindsets of Wilson and Trippier, for different reasons I don’t think those mindsets have been there for either and we’ve suffered because of it. The type of players that set ambitious goals, back themselves and it rubs off on their teammates. I think there's quite a few players who have lost faith in the project and are looking elsewhere. The position we were in in the summer, I think a fair few players were touted around to get us out of our PSR mess, players who have served us well who will be more than miffed that their contribution and commitment has been disregarded. I think they still have faith in Howe, so I don't think he has lost the dressing room, more that the higher ups have.
