Last I saw when we enquired, Atalanta said he was 'unsellable', or something. Then a few weeks later, Chel$ea were linked with him for €50m.

Need to get DiMarco, the bread maker back on the blower!

At this stage, can't hurt to hoy a bid in for him, see what happens. Palace accept/reject, or it lures out the scousers. Don't think they can afford the Guehi fee and the uplift still needed for any Isak deal this summer.

IF that's true, just shows the arrogance of them, to offer less than the other offer on the table, just because its them.

What a load of shit, man. If they are so confident he'll choose them, why not put their bid in and force him to make the decision. After all, they can bid and just need to make the necessary sales by the close of the window, right?

Erm, not since December 2021, it hasn't been. American money though, and Todd Boehlys antics... all good, mate???

Still hope we hold out for the full £150m minimum *IF* the decision is to sell him, but hope we'd dig in and maintain he's 'Not for Sale' this summer, and that's even if we managed to sign Sesko and Wissa. Childish as it may seem, would rather keep an unhappy player who will come round once the window shuts, than sell him to them entitled ****s this summer.

Aye, saw that. Basically talked for ages about where he'll fit in, playing alongside Cunha and Mbuemo, barely a mention that we ar ethe club that have actually put a bid in for him, whilst they are still 'preparing' to. Interestingly though, bit further on, on that Transfer show, they got on about us and the Isak situation, and Dharmesh Seth was saying how we allegedly would love to spend £100-150m this summer but we cant dues to 'the rules'. The presenter (Mike Weddeburn) then commented that the rules were 'old money protected from new money'. There was a bit more back and forth, but then he basically said the same again, about the rules being changing to protect the 'old money'. Was surprising, and refreshing to hear a Sky presenter saying and acknowledging the rules are deliberately protecting certain clubs. What with John McGinns comments, now this, who knows, maybe eyes are slowly being opened to it all?

Just talking about this with lad at work there, and we got on about Nunez to Saudi, potentially giving these the extra for Isak. However, he then reminded me that the Saudi transfer window is open longer than our, is that right? So what if the Saudi/PIF owned club don't pursue Nunez till after our window has closed? Liverpool then have to decide whether to proceed or stick with Nunez alongside Ekitike? Could be a nice way for PIF to screw them over one way or another?

Apologies if Giggs, but Man Utd bringing out just the 3 versions of their home shirt this season. https://www.footyheadlines.com/2025/08/takedown-manutd-25-26-home-kit.html Seems like pricing will be similar to ours for the Replica and Authentic, with the stripped back 'Fans' version coming in at £60.
