Simon Jordan made a decent point yesterday about this, in that the PFA should step in if a player fails his obligations under his contract, in the same way they'd be straight after a club that didn't treat a player right, or didn't pay them. Now he may or may not be injured, but by refusing to travel with the squad, injured or not, on a tour with tons of publicity for the club, with meet and greets and stuff, he's not doing part of what he's paid for, AND, we will still be paying him while he goes on like this. He has a point, really. Players happy to down tools to try and force a move, but if clubs tried to stop paying them, the PFA would be all over it.

Drops a bottle of salad cream on his foot.

Moving ok, considering the heavy loan fee on his shoulders.

Now to see if anyone wants Dubz and/or Chakadimas. Have to say like, if your on the bench, even in a friendly, and John Ruddy is getting on before you, then something has to be adrift, like.

Yep, for me he doesn't fit the Man City signing profile. English for a start! Just see this as a pure PSR flip for them at some point.

No Isak in that. Worrying.

Saw a tweet saying Liam Kennedy reckons we'll let Dubravka and Vlachodimas (and pliers) leave once we have Ramsdale agreed.

Tinfoil hat time, but you could almost imagine the cartel getting together at the end of the season, when we've just beaten one of them in a cup final, and taken a champions league spot as another finishes 15th, and they decide to royally try and fuck us over as we're becoming a bit of a nuisance.

Wha's this kernt like with his feet thar? Seems to be important in keeper choice these days.

'Liverpool ONLY want Isak'* * unless they can't get him, then they'll go for anyone else Newcastle want out of spite, while keep threatening to prepare a bid for Isak too

^ This. We need to disregard the Isak situation for now, and just focus on bringing in the players we need, whether thats the level of Sesko, or someone else/others. No way we should be sitting around waiting for the Isak situation to resolve itself one way or the other. We can't leave it so late, that its then too late to bring players in. If our spending and increased wages pushes us close to/over the PSR limits, then sell Isak next summer (if its not sorted this) to 'balance the books. But even if he ended up staying after we brought someone like Sesko in, then its all better competition and strength for the squad this season.
