SSN not even talking to Sue Smith anymore. ****s.

Will SSN show any goals on our game? They aren't even showing any clips when they got to that Sue Smith for an update, but they have for some other games. Tried club website and it just froze, tried to get the match on the smart speaker and it's not streamed on there. Also don't have a radio, unless I go and sit in the car.

The streaming site I use (probably same as many others) does have all tonights matches listed, including ours, so will just have to try at k.o time and hope for the best.

Saw that Sky clip this morning on SSN, and couldn't believe when they said Trippier would go (to the WC) because "Gareth loves him", which is basically to dismiss/ignore that he is arguably the best performing english RB this season. Great to see/hear Shearer praising him on MOTD2 last night, not just for his preformaces, but the leadership he brings to the team, and also credited him with helping bring Almiron's game on, and having a hand in his improvement this season.

Up top. Wilson will need a break after playing every game and getting golden boot in Qatar, of course.

If/when he's back and fit for us after the WC break, he'll be like a new signing.

I'll watch it tonight, but aye, its great being able to look forward to MOTD again.

Had me laptop connected to the TV for the stream so couldn't post ealrier, but waht can you say??!!! Another 3 points, another beauty from Wor Miggy, another clean sheet and 4 more goals. Its almost becoming standard! Lets hope this put the faux villa fuelled 'rivalry' to bed now. Thought it might have been a tighter game from the off as they were closing us down quickly, harrying and not letting us play. Then the time-wasting started. So many good performances again from us, would have loved Wilson to get his hattrick in front of Gareth (for what good it would probably do), also a nice touch with Tripps giving Lascelles the armband. I know JL is the club captian, but still, a nice touch. Anyway... Onwards. EDIT: Just seen the Chelsea result. Good to put 3 points between us/them now, especially ahead of the upcoming match. MOTD talking up Calvert-Lewin for England Squad after his 2nd game back from injury, as well as both Cody and Tarkowski for the squad. Yet never any mention of Burn, and not too much clamour for Wilson either. We can argue whether we really want them to go, but still, seems unless they are already part of the squad (Tripps and Pope) then no more of our players are talked up for England, regardless how well we or they are doing.

Met the man last night, at a charity doo at the Stadium of Shite. Bought a signed shirt, and got a photo with him (with it). Was a sports quiz type event for a kids charity. where he was asking the questions (not a talk-in) but he seemed on good form, but didn't really talk about Newcastle or anything in particular.
