I want the owners to listen to Eddie, I don't want Eddie to dictate everything that happens in the club though. This isn't a knock on the gaffa who's the best we've ever had but the nature of his job makes his focus short term it's natural this is the case. Imo the club needs a philosophy from the ground up. From the kids to the senior team. I don't think the club is structured well and I don't think our owners are particularly competent this is my personal opinion and not a statement of fact.
