This is it, neutral venue that is perfect for visiting people to enjoy their time at the event, and after the fact. Newcastle is a canny day out with enough eateries and boozers. Further afield you have decent coastline and countryside.

I just don't put kane in the same bracket as Shearer, even though he's pushing the all time record. Maybe I'm indulging in too much romanticism.

Last time I was actually blown away by real life FM was QPRs glut of signings that time they went down. And even then I don't feel like it was anywhere near as substantial as forests business.
